I'm a bit surprised there hasn't been a "Best Console Ever" contest yet, sure, as with the Best Series Ever contest there would be a limited number of matches (many of them very predictable), but it would still generate a lot of excitement and the final outcome wouldn't be so predictable, even if the SNES and the PS2 would probably be the clear favorites.
