I had that happen once. Or maybe it was a more significant seizure. But I definitely had to pull over at a gas station because I was driving and my hands starting twisting in a way I thought I couldn't safely drive, and I wanted to be somewhere where people could see me if I ended up passing out.
Still no idea what caused it, but it wasn't fun. I had the idea in the back of my head though of "this might be a seizure?"
