The medical examiner who did the autopsy ruled it an accidental fall as the injuries, including the fractured orbitals, are consistent with this kind of head trauma. Funny how the family accepts the ruling of the authorities and the medical examiner, but these rando nobodies who have no information and no expertise feel the need to opine like it's any of their goddamn business.
