Don't really know much about MacGuyver, but Jackie beats Batman and ends up falling into a trap of Kevin's and I'm assuming Mac can top Kevin so he wins.
Jackie doesn't need time to plan though, that's his entire schtick, he just makes due with whatever is at his disposal, not sure what plan he could make tbh.
