Its going to take some extreme fasting though. Do some research on water fasting. A shit ton of people do the 28 day water fast challenge. Youll lose roughly 1-2lbs of fat per day.

The first three days are the hardest. After that you should be pretty deep into ketosis and youll be running on keytones and actually feel energetic. This is the bodys evolutionary response to famine. When food is in short supply your body gives you energy. The idea is so that you can hunt something, kill it, and eat it. But in todays world it just means rapid fat loss.

Contrary to popular belief you do not get hungrier as time passes. You feel hunger because of a hormone called ghrelin. When the hormone stops being released you stop being hungry. Expect hunger pangs at your normal eating times. The longer you fast the less ghrelin is produced and the less hunger you feel at the appropriate time.

TLDR: Drink LOTS of water and eat absolutely nothing.
