Its been about 4 years since i last read lotr but as far as i can remember the killing is done with pippins dagger/shortsword which was from numenor letting it damage the witch king (i think its from numenor) and the whole woman killing him because of no man can kill him is just a prophecy kind of deal that has nothing to do with the lethality of her attack.
Movies just shoved poor pippin on the side tho
