So TC it seems like you know what you need to do, but it's understandably hard to do and easy for us to say.
I would add I don't know how I feel about the "we've workes through a lot of issues". That's admirable that you're committed but that also means there are a lot of problems.
Perhaps rather than use that as an excuse to stay (gamblers fallacy) use it experience and avoid them with the next partner.
