Long story short, I'm always tired, even if I got to bed early. I also snore loud. I suspect sleep apnea, but I never wake up in the middle of the night to catch my breath. Sometimes I wake up refreshed only to slow down and having a desk job isn't any better. I am over weight, but thinking back, I used to struggle staying awake in class back in middle school

I'm thinking about getting some type of chin device to stop the snoring, but I'm not too sure yet.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
