I don't know about suing, but I definitely considered filing some kind of formal complaint to the state medical board against the psychiatrist who mismanaged my medication and contributed to me becoming addicted to it. This was about nine years ago, so I'm sure there's some kind of statute of limitations that means I can't anymore.
