See a GP. Unexplained changes in your normal digestive or bowel function should be taken seriously. Best-case scenario, it's nothing and you get peace of mind. Worst-case scenario, you'll be glad you caught it early. Seriously; do it. Some of the things that can go wrong down there move fast.
