In a similar situation. Well, kind of. But I still have feelings for a girl that still have somewhat feelings for me as well, but she's not ready to get into a relationship again, so right now I've just broken off contact because the last time we hung out it got a bit physical (without kissing etc), and it just felt weird when she still wasn't feeling that any kind of relationship outside of friendship would be possible.

It's slowly getting better though, it's been 2 weeks now without any contact and it's a lot easier the further it gets, so just hang in there.
