You're not going to get anywhere with that attitude, but at the same time, you shouldn't put all of your time and effort into trying to win them over if they aren't giving you a chance to. There's plenty of women out there for you, you just have to work on how you interact with women.
Let's be honest. He wasn't getting anywhere with his previous attitude either. He really needs to change his entire outlook towards dating before he'll get anywhere and he has no desire to do that.
I see where you're coming from. I agree that he needs to change his outlook on dating entirely, but I always figured that confidence is a step in the right direction when making the necessary changes in order for women to find interest in him.
