Part of it was when well this was a Sballen thing, Gamefaqs sold shirts and I guess while ppl wanted them, not enough ppl bought them. So to clear stock every shirt you bought up to ten bosted your karma.

I only bought 4 lol and still have one sealed. But some ppl I guess really wanted the karma and bought ten. I think that's why the karma system definitely got a bit out of whack.
