I guess Atfynt shouldn't have uploaded the new touhou album. I don't know anyone else that uploads with FMPMD2000 recorded tracks.
Though, any differences I ever catch between in-game and Akyuu versions of songs are very small. The worst thing it can be is a recording off the Anex86 emulator.
