Unfortunately there's no stopping people's decisions in this department, and just have to see to it that they're trying to leverage the circumstances in their favor - for themselves and their families. Previous artists have branched away from the industry, and spoke out against it. These are choices, albeit not ethically agreeable ones. I don't think it's wrong to like the performers themselves. A lot of those people put in insane work, and make the conscious decisions to make that living. The type of work ethic and professionalism they build up deserves some credit in all this. With longevity, people like the artists, not the production companies.
