Ah, dynamax adventures. The thing you'll either do until you catch everything, until you get the right nature, or until you get a shiny. Or for the super sadists, right nature and shiny at once.

Oh. So basically, catch everything in a dynamax adventure and if you get to the end, you can preview their status. If they're not what you want, pick something else. I think you can even opt not to catch them at all.

In fairness, shiny is the only thing that matters. Nature and shit can basically all be changed, it's so easy to make a competitive pokemon now without all the hassle of mass breeding and luck.

Bottlecaps can let you max IVs. And they're guaranteed 4 perfect ones anyways I think? There's no hidden power tm in this game so that's not important anymore. Though, I guess for anything that isn't going to use the attack stat, a 0 attack IV to reduce confusion damage would be helpful.

She's in the dynamax entryway area -- talk to her after you do a legendary you want to repeat, and she'll say something like "want me to write down where you found that legendary?" From there you'll be able to select it as an option and repeat
