Arcanist is the *worst* early on. I hope they take a look at their early levelling in Endwalker, 'cuz Summoner itself doesn't get fun until 70 and Scholar just never feels fun after they nerfed the crap out of it from Stormblood.

Hopefully the reward not being the Cruise Chaser like some people thought will reduce tournament interest a bit, but it being confirmed to be a mount at all will probably make it even harder to place high :/

For a patch called Death Unto Dawn there's a surprising lack of Death. And not much destruction either. Guess they're saving it for the expansion proper

Augh that's a lot of temptation. I started the trial and am enjoying myself but I feel anxious about diving into a full blown subscription when I've got a lot of free stuff left and have very little idea how the game *really* plays at high levels.

You've still got plenty of time!

I would absolutely at least wait until you've gotten into Heavensward before you make the call. You don't really get anything out of going full subscription in ARR, other than unlocking the money cap and opening up the market board, but you don't really need either of those in ARR. Once you hit 50, at least, having the full version will unlock Red Mage and Samurai.

I am doing MSQ now and they have to point out Scions work while the Braves didn't beacuse Tataru.

Once again, Tataru the hero, best Scion, etc. How nice of them to give us a reminder every single patch.

Or is there something about the code or the way the Squeenix shop works that would prevent me from doing it that way?

Hmm, apparently the card mount actually excludes the tournament cards! (Plus all of the other silver-backed cards)

Hopefully that'll decrease tournament interest...!

All this art in the credits is great.

That Red Mage AOE Alisae was using was certainly not Moulinet. If they replace Moulinet with a surround version instead of a cone I will be pleased as a peach. I HATE cones. Also. Having the entire RDM bread and butter combo on one button is hilarious.

That Breach thing Graha was using was also new, right?

Pretty much exhausted every available quest in the 3 main cities at the point I'm at

seems like a good time to stop and play some SMT 3 Nocturne HD before the MSQs start venturing out beyond these cities

You started in Uldah? Then you can still clean up the quests in Central Shroud, North Shroud, Middle La Noscea abd Lower La Noscea that are < level 15

Don't really have enough skills yet to justify this many hotbars but at least they're there when I need them. The rest looking a bit cleaner now at least. Mainly just move everything even more towards the edge and made it smaller and didn't need the game telling me what my next main story quest is in the upper left the whole time.

Got up to rank 22 in Zadnor last night

Pro tip: buy the mount speed upgrade for 25 clusters ASAP (not sure when it becomes available; it wasnt in the cluster shop when I first got there, but was there after I did the tank 18 quest. Its different from the Southern Front riding map, which will already be present).

A recommendation, but it's down to preference. Set all your travel and miscellaneous stuff to a Hotbar that appear when your weapon is sheathed. Sprint is still an action you would potentially want in battle, but the rest will just get in the way.
