of results per name. For example, here's a similar, albeit much more extreme comparison. Some guy decides to be a peeping tom and watch the girl next door every time that she undresses or is in the nude. The girl has absolutely no way of knowing without outside intervention that the guy is doing this. Is it okay for the guy to do this, even know she has no idea and, essentially, her life isn't affected? As you said, it is extreme, a bit too extreme to be used in this instance.
