From the Tennocon stream I watched and a two part documentary on DE someone posted earlier in this thread, I think, it seems that DE genuinely cares about their consumers and want to deliver the product that they enjoy. So it seems they really do listen.

Oh for sure. They're the anti-bungie. If something gets fucked up with a new patch they fix it within a couple days tops. Theres been a few thing IIRC that still has slipped through the cracks but they usually aren't major.

At the same time I also applaud them for standing to their guns. A lot of people got up in arms with the UI cursor update (terrible for consoles) but they still stuck by it because they wanted as close to the same experience for both console and PC as it makes things easier for them when they roll out new patches.

Also Space Mom and Meg are hot and Steve is so lovable

Very, very terrible. I remember the day a turned my Xbox1 on and was like "wtf is this?" I really disliked it. But I have finally become accustom to it, even though I really like the way it was before. Not worth bitching about though ... well I guess I am now lol. Anyway, yeah it's a minor thing that I can get use to. Otherwise they are top notch developers. I am glad this is the first free to play game I tired. Really good experience so far.

I'm the opposite. Most of the missions on the plains are annoying af. I'd like to make a Zaw but I hate trying to complete missions to get standing. Especially those "get the caches but I can't pinpoint where they are" and "follow the bot" missions. I dunno why, but they just annoy me.

I'm trying to work on Natah right now. But the mission with Tyl Regor is kicking my ass. So I am amassing credits and endo to upgrade some of my health and shield related mods on Excalibur so maybe I can survive. Also leveling up Limbo to see if slipping in and out of limbo might help me survive better.

I just tried one of these new Event missions (Xbox1) that was a 20 wave Corpus defense mission and got my ass handed to me. Saw some new Corpus things. Not sure if they were flesh or robotic but they were called Hyenas. Mfers destroyed what I was defending inside of 3 waves.

Maybe Ill try again I could use 50k credits and 1500 endo.

You can just select it. Anyway I suggest you find a clan to join rather than make one. You need a minimum of 12 forma which takes a day to build just one and another day to make a room. Also individual projects take three days to complete.

One thing to keep in mind is that you are going to want to stay a Ghost Clan because the higher the clan rank to more resources you are going to need making it impossible to do research on your own.

I mean you can join my clan. I been trying to keep it afloat since the last dozen or so people quit the game. Research is missing only a couple of weapons that I can't remember off the top of my head. No Ignis Wraith BPs tho, unfortunately. Another caveat being that it is a Shadow Clan and I don't have rank to kick people out and derank the clan.

Its less my aversion to joining a clan than playing online. The later I have no interest in, in consideration of others. Im very casual in skill and cant commit time to really pull my weight as a member. If that makes any sense.

Oh yes it does but it's not that bad and I only research what I want and so far I have most of the Tenno research done which includes all the frames and archwings. I also have most of the Corpus research done as well which is how I get my Lenz which I like to call the BPG Launcher.

Also Ive been told I can start my own dojo and do research myself since Im soloing the game. But the wiki says I need a dojo key to open a dojo. If I get invited by a clan member I get the key automatically. But if I want to start my own dojo how do I go about doing it?

Kinda. Only specific Prime items are in the rotation at any given time. Once they're out of the rotation they're considered vaulted. So before now, Nyx and Rhino Prime weren't able to be gained through any missions.

High level endgameish activity. You unlock them after the War Within. A series of 3 missions with modifiers and high level enemies. They drop generally good loot.

Well no. But when you criticize a business for logical business practices it seems moot to bring in morals when a business is all about profit. Especially one that caters to the affluent.

It's moot from the standpoint of "why would businesses do this?" But it's important to recognize how the systems we encourage through participation bring about outcomes that we as members of our society might find morally questionable.

Im saying its less about actual morals and more about expectations. I personally care less either way in this instance but Im surprised at people balking at a business doing what is profitable. This is the system we chose and these are the things that happen within it.

People saying it was a waste and donating could help others ignore the fact that this company and other wasteful ones like it arent responsible for others shortages. In the US its not a matter of resources, its a matter of how the plentiful resources are distributed. Theres plenty for all despite this incident.

What is Run medium index?

The index is a corpus cash minigame-esque mission. it's on uranus, the node is called "the index". There's 3 tiers (easy, medium, hard) and you basically spend credits to get in, if you win you cash out with x-times more credits than you 'gambled' and if you lose.... well, get gud.

tiers are:
easy - entry 30k credits - 100k for winning
medium - entry 40k credits - 175k for winning
hard - entry 50k credits - 250k for winning

Er, does the amount of credits you get grow as you advance? I just did the quest to get the Kubrow pet and that power unit cost me 80% of my earnings >_>

Im always broke lol. Theres so things to buy plus all mod upgrades cost credits.

I had over 100,000 last night. Upgraded some mods and bought a Titan Extractor BP and I still had to farm credits just to make the Extractor.

Budweiser Select 55. Two carbs per 12oz beer. Vodka and Sprite Zero. Im on a low carb diet trying to get rid of some weight from a lifetime of beer drinking. Its not as good as the beers I use to drink. But I feel better and 5 weeks in lost 11 pounds.

Also Guinness Blonde is great. Just tried it last night and was surprised. Only 13 carbs per pint.
