He did have some influence in the gaming community and brought some stuff to light and did make some waves but it was basically PC gaming, I'd assume he is well known only in the PC gaming community. Frankly if your number is more than 1-2 then you're part of the problem behind why the gaming industry is so bad lately. What if all the games I buy are actually good though? I always look at reviews of games before I buy and usually stay away from games that arent really for me.
