Yeah, Killmonger was great. Gonna hafta watch the movie a 2nd time to really appreciate it, I feel, though. Cuz I didn't fuck with some pacing issues and CG here and there.

It's not in my top 5, but it's def good.

My only problems were some of the environments were obviously greenscreened, the pacing is really weird at times, and some of the fights could've been better. All the characters were great, though.

Did they keep all the music , characters, and voice acting? Seems like renewing the licenses to use of everything would be expensive.

The HD remasters of KH1 and KH2 have remastered soundtracks with a live orchestra since the PS2 versions had soundtracks made synthetically.

But other that that, everything else is the same, yeah. And all the previously Japanese-exclusive cutscenes have been dubbed into English.

Season 1's dub was better overall, but Stardust's isn't bad at all.

The only thing that kinda sucks is Mercer's oras at times, but he def got better as the episodes went on (whenever it's actually him and not Seitz).

Yeah, Moffat managed to ruin Capaldi's run quite a bit, imo. Capaldi is amazing, but his first season was just really bad overall. So I'm glad that we're getting a new lead writer next season.

But yeah, I agree with saying that Capaldi has great speeches. He had one in the most recent finale to the Master, and it was so good. Plus, everything he said and did in Heaven Sent, which is imo one of the best episodes of DW in general.

KH was meant to be a standalone game, but the Final Mix version had aspects that led into COM and KH2 after they saw how popular it was.

By the time of KH2, Nomura's said that he had the plots for Days and BbS already planned. And by the time BbS came out, he had at least DDD planned.

So he's always 1 or 2 games ahead, but it's definitely a story that he adds onto as the years go by. He didn't have the current plot planned out back in 2002.

JJ = Great
DD2 = Good for the first 4 episodes, then gets weird.
Luke Cage = Starts good, but gets bad.
Iron Fist = Is bad, but has a good ending.
Defenders = Just alright

Punisher was really good, though.

Even if the first 2/3rd, most of the cutscenes are tweaked or have new characters/events going on. So "identical" isn't really true. But it is the same basic shit going on, just with differences.

Like most "3rd versions" of Pokemon games, really.

The humor got a bit annoying in a couple scenes, but overall was very fun to watch. Want to watch it again.

And Thor actually using lightning for an entire fight was a godsend. It was his best showing bar none.

yeah, Eleven's adventure in Illinois is already being compared to the X-men lol.

Saw one of my friends talking about that, and I kinda see where they're coming from, but...1 other kid with psychic powers when we already knew Eleven was the 11th subject didn't seem like that crazy of a concept. Like, I would've been surprised if El turned out being the only one to ever appear.
