I have the game and best it already but didn't want to play the game with my friend and then re do the level alone to catch up to him. I'm guessing to not alienate the 03 fans as they gradually progressed to a more "serious" tone. Even the small lines add so much, like when Sargeant Brosh quietly mentioned that the Major was gonna take his shirt off and yell at them again for letting the Elrics sneak off lol --- "This is war.
