The weird fight club scene was definitely out there. But I loved the ratatouille scene where he reminds the dad about the dinner he and his wife once had. Hell, did the producers forget that the federation helped out the fucking klingons when Praxis exploded? What makes them think the federation would not have done the same immediately for the romulans, instead of Picard having to do it him fucking self.
