First time was a local place. There were metal shavings in the spaghetti and meatballs.

Just now I bit into what seems like a hard little pebble in my meatball sub.

wtf is going on
TopicI think I figured out why I'm getting so much tartar on my teeth

I started drinking nutritional drinks because I've been dealing with a health problem since 2021.

Despite brushing, the tartar is building up extremely quickly and thick. Dentist kept saying I wasn't brushing and flossing good enough. Wanted me to come in every 3 months and an expensive deep cleaning. 6 months since my last visit and the tartar is so bad. I'm afraid of getting a lecture again.

I researched tartar last week and found this:
"Chemically, tartar is made of calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and magnesium phosphate."

Guess what is in my nutritional drinks? Calcium phosphate and magnesium phosphate. My theory is that I've been accelerating the build up like crazy.

Ughh, that sounds awful. I've been dealing with a serious problem since 2021 because multiple doctors and physical therapists didn't take it seriously.

Healthcare professionals telling you its fine when you know its not is such a horrible feeling.

She used cold spray and i think also that silver nitrate stuff. She prescribed an oral antibiotic and topical antibiotic.

i went there last year for the same toenail and i guess it didn't work.

Nail clippers, but yeah, for the big toe you gotta leave some hanging on the sides instead of taking it down all the way to avoid the ingrown nail

All my life I just peeled them after they became soft after a shower. Never had a problem. Same with my fingernails, I just peel them. Last year I peeled my big toe poorly and wound up with an ingrown. It was treated by a podiatrist but never seemed to heal correctly.

Now its gotten really bad with like a red, raw, gaping wound thats leaking and bleeding. I'm gonna go back to the podiatrist but how do i cut them? What do you use?

What type of chicken do you buy? It's all about fresh ingredients, if you don't buy good chicken, it won't matter how you cook it, as they say GIGO.

Its everywhere. supermarkets, restaurants.....

Just bit into a grilled chicken strip that was incredibly chewy and "crunchy". Just awful.

Seems like most of the time its like this. Very rarely do I have chicken that really tastes good.

He fell on thursday. He hit his head and fell on his side and hand after work. He went to urgent care right after. PA said he was ok so he leaves. Then we get a call that says he was wrong and that he should get an x-ray of his side. I guess his supervisor was concerned after the PA talked to him.

So my dad gets an x-ray at an imaging center of where the pain is on his side and nothing is broken.

My dad is in worse pain now and it spread to the middle of his upper body. He says it feels muscular but hes not sure. There is no bruising. The area around his eye is red and purplish and a small area around his knuckle is slightly swollen.

Awhile back I bought some new cheap headphones. I noticed the audio volume was different in each ear. I just thought it was because they are cheap. Eventually the left earbud got quieter and quieter until it died.

I picked up some different cheap ones and again, the same thing happened. I plugged them into my phone and left earbud is quieter, just like in the laptop.
