That isn't really what I mean. What I mean is, someone you are casually dating and you're still getting over your ex, no need to divulge into all those past details right now. It sets a tone in the relationship that you don't want.

You don't want to misunderstand your dynamic with her and do something that possibly breaches professional boundaries, it could backfire hard on you. A gift is a nice thing but it could make her feel uncomfortable depending on how she perceives her relationship with you.

When I need questions answered she always prompt
-gives my dept hours when I ask
-super nice and gentle on the off day when my dept looked like shit
-always sends help from other stores when I ask.


What I do in return? Run a 346k a week deli dept that sales volume is +8% over last year. 8% at 346000 a week has been a pleasant surprise for them
