Well I'm back to grinding Yoshi again. I really got to buckle down and really think about what character I truly want to play lol.

I was playing tourney mode and noticed that whenever I lost, it was usually out of stupidity. In a lot of cases, it was someone spamming a lot of moves, and me stupidly falling for it. I tend to panic and that costs me the game. I tried noticing habits a little more than usual with some success. A Bowser player for an example kept down airing every time I uptilted him, so I started fastfalling and trying to punish his landing.

As one person, I can say Pyra it was not a good pic. But that's just my opinion. If Nintendo wanted to please me, and only me, then they wouldn't have picked this character lol. I would have preferred Dr Eggman.

With that sad, I assume that maybe people really did want Pyra and are just silent about it.

up smash is a good oos too but is pretty punishable. probably his most consistent finisher besides down through up air though
yoshi's grab is one of the slowest in the game (frame 14) and is not a good oos unless you're punishing something super slow

i went for too many grabs. even if i land them, it doesnt do much for me. bad habit. also forgot about upsmash too lol. i remember davy was telling me to use it several months back. thank you for the intel.
