Clean it up to point of normal wear and tear. Sweep and mop, and of u went a little overboard on the wall decor, sparkle up the holes. If u just hung a few pictures, don't worry about it. If the carpet was jacked when u got there or worn from years of traffic don't bother cleaning, as it will likely be replaced.

I wouldn't go all out and make it move in ready but make sure its clean. Most leases will state what needs to be done, like my last one we needed to replace all light bulbs.

I suppose it depends if the clock is facing up or down.

I like the game! Story was pretty good. I just didn't care for Aloy all that much. Not a very likable character imo.

Alundra and parasite eve. The only 2 games I have in my collection I haven't played. I got as far as the title screen on parasite eve but must have got distracted.

Pay back the friend. And go to the concert. It is your friend and presumably u like spending time together. It might be fun. I know u had your heart set on the amusement park, but sometimes life throws us curve balls and plans have to change.

I work from home 3 days a week. The other 2 are in office. Its not too bad going in but I would prefer an extra hours sleep and no commute.

I'm financially fairly well off but I don't really know much about investment strategies, nor do I care. I maintain a decent amount of savings but I regularly put surplus payments on my mortgage to pay down my principal so I don't get absolutely destroyed in a few years when I have to renew at these insane interest rates.

I'd probably do a lot better using that money to invest, but I really don't care that much. I have everything I want and my mortgage will be fully paid someday, likely before my amortization ends.

Having a paid of house is probably one of the best investments.

Albertsons all the way. I'm super disappointed Kroger is in the process of buying them out. Imo Albertsons has better overall quality and customer service.
