I worked myself up into a anxiety ridden frenzy to 'work up the courage' to call and when I finally did they said "Oh you don't call to schedule anything you just walk in." :D All that for nothing. And yet even though I learned then I still did the same routine with the walk in assessment, the appointments, and everything in between for over a year before I was like hey everything I do ends up never being as bad, scary, etc like I thought it was going to be. Yeah there was like one rude person I had to deal with but I knew I couldn't let whatever their deal is discourage me from doing what I need to do for myself. Basically just do it, you can do it, don't be like me and put yourself through any unnecessary mental torment beforehand. Just take the step, do it for you. Good luck! |
