The other red is a 38 atk 35 spd firesweep sword. That's a pretty good consolation. Siegbert can be turned into Brave Roy essentially if you have still have an atk bane Ike.

I'm waiting to see what comes out of the end of year banners. We should get a Christmas one and another legendary hero banner

Not saying Soleil isn't good, but like you said, swords are sitting ducks without DC, and I have solid sword options already. Alfonse is actually not too shabby as he can tank green physicals and also go up against swords with Swordbreaker. I'd rather use my orbs for something I actually need or can fulfill a unique niche.

I do want to build a dragon team. It's more viable than ever. The power boost from Dark Aura is very tempting, but Delthea, Ninian, and Nowi would be too many blues, so it would need to be Fae/Nowi/Ninian/ATiki.

Im torn on Fury vs TA on Nowi. She has been rolling with TA2 and its worked pretty great, but she did lose to being attacked by two reds, one being Ayra, in AA, and i felt stupid for not playing things more safe. If she runs Fury, she could go with Spd boost from forging since shes +Spd, but i feel like she needs TA to be protected against Falchion, and we know itll get upgraded at some point.

I finally did it. Got rank 4815 in TT. There are a bunch of people who say they have more feathers than they know what to do with, but i need all the feathers i can get because there are sooo many projects i want to work on. This was the best TT for me to go all out since the Braves are already busted to begin with, and the boosts just make it so BIke has a high probability of soloing maps.

I only have enough Olivias to make a +6, thought i had more because i had been getting a bunch, so will need to use Fjorm. I could use Donnel, but Fjorm should be a recurring bonus character, so i want to focus on her now.

Im now thinking of putting Water Blessing on BRoy. He would appreciate the Spd boost, and i think Hector doesnt really need either of the boosts since he can tank Rein with DD.

if you have a 4*+10 Olivia with full inheritance including 5* weapon, she comes out slightly ahead of a default Fjorm with some assist inherited. with water blessing on Fjorm + one other unit, Fjorm comes out slightly ahead instead. if you have any fewer than 10 merges on Olivia or any merges at all on Fjorm, it skews further in Fjorm's favor.

Who are you guys putting Water Blessing on? The fact it's not removable means you have to be very careful who you put it on. I'm thinking an armor like Hector is pretty safe, but the Spd boost doesn't do much for him.

Nothing can beat Effie's level of awfulness. Just listen to her Japanese voice for a different kind of experience..... They completely changed the character, and it's not a good change AT ALL.

Barrel, I would forget about renewal on Deirdre. Green Tombreaker is the best B skill for Julia and Deirdre imo. She will need it to duel the faster green mages like Nino.

You can never have too many Brave Ikes. Steady Breath is a busted skill, and I'd probably feed a spare to ATiki I had one.

On Gamepress, they say Deirdre doesn't really need G Tomebreaker since the other green mages can't really touch her, especially if she's +Res like mine.

I don't spend money on much these days, so I feel like it wouldn't be so bad if I spent some on this game every now and then. At the same time, the banners coming this month are probably more desirable.

I'm trying to decide how to optimize the Deirdre I did get. I don't have Fortress Res, so I'll give her Fury, but should I pair it with Renewal 3, which will cost me 20k feathers? Once again, Fury and QR don't go hand-in-hand.

Im putting Water Boost on Fae since it makes her an even better Rein counter, boosts Icebergs damage, and makes use of Berkut. I have TA on Nowi and that has been a huge help. Im going to hold out on giving her TA3 in case i get more copies if her and she needs Fury at some point.

Isn't it counter-productive to put Fury on any of the dragons, namely Fae, Nowi, and ATiki, since their job is to bait and hit back twice?

I'm now debating if I should spend orbs on Legendary Hero or CYL or just save. I have 52 orbs, and I don't know how many I can get from the new chapters. I'm torn between red and green on LH.

Red: I want Celica, would like another Ike with a non-debilitating nature, and Ayra would be nice, of course.
Green: I want Hector for DC fodder, Camilla would be nice, but I do have SCorrin and HNowi, and Deidre would be fine, as well.

Red seems like the safer color for what I want, but sniping is harder on this banner, so...

I also want another BIke for SB fodder.

Nephenee is still a want, but probably need to skip her. Those new Tactic skills look pretty appealing for infantry/armor hybrid builds.

Well, I definitely will because it gives me a good feeling about all the characters. I highly enjoy that this game makes it so much easier to use all the characters compared to the other FF game I played with a "larger than 4" cast in FF6. FF6 basically told you "Pick 4 people, train them and keep it that way." As once you hit WoR, it's tough to keep up with characters that aren't ready for it. Everything else I played never had a choice of characters. So... yay.

You definitely benefited from leveling all your characters in VI. I didn't use like 1/3 of the cast, so assembling those lesser teams was interesting, but I don't recall it being super challenging. Can't remember if the enemies were scaled to match your characters at the end.

Mia's artist hasn't done any other FEH characters (and neither has Lute's). though i'm curious which artist you're talking about. to me, Kaya8 (who did Azura, Maria, Fir) is probably the closest style.

Dorcas has a distinctly different style than the other characters. He looks like he was drawn for a 3D game, so thats why hes awkward.

I like Joshs art the best, but yea, his front portrait is a little off.

I feel the normal and boss battle themes are underappreciated on this board. The only underwhelming battle theme is the final one. Ive grown to enjoy Seymours Battle, and A Contest of Aeons is awesome.

Upgraded Excalibur/Tyrfing still won't make their owners good. Sanaki and Soren cry in a corner...

Ephraim gets a weapon upgrade and Eirika doesn't? That's quite strange.

They have somehow decided TT rewards have to be swords, with Clive being the exception.

Seasonal Caeda and Xander are quite odd choices for the banner. No one really wants them!
