After watching a speedrun where they explained their strat for the data version of him, I don't understood that he's not hard, just punishea your mistakes. His main attacks aren't too bad, him riding around in the normal stage area is best handled if you're near one end of the field or the other, make sure you're at one end before his dragon breath attack since the other side will be entirely safe, and you can always use Donald rocket spam if you still have trouble with one of the attack patterns. Most of his stuff can be disrupted not just during the start up but during the attack itself. Only downside is if you use it during one section you miss out on getting jump commands. So the speedrum strat is of course to just stockpile a few of those, combo, jump to stun, rocket, jump some more, ether, dodge dragons, repeat.

Well, if they're behind cover, you'll want to use your mortars or tanks at first. Scouts with grenade launchers can do it alright later too.

Snipers are mainly useful for taking out enemy mortars if you have LOS or enemy snipers. Honestly I just had Kai on the field for the command point, didn't use her that much.

There's like 3 missions where snipers are helpful or even necessary. And one is a boss fight map near the end of the game. :l They really did get screwed this time around because mortars outclass them and even had that AP debuff one to shut down tanks.

Most missions after the one with fire everywhere can be cheesed with that personnel moving car, as well as some clever use of orders. Don't forget that using that commander order lets you reset your movement gauge for that turn, and you can take 2 allies with you so if you have a scout run and clear a camp, call in reinforcements. The next turn have the reinforcements run and clear the enemy infantry, then have the scout run up to them, heal one or whatever. Use the command option and boom, you have the full AP gauge for the scout and they can drag the two along with them. Helpful for maps where you need to, I dunno, snipe a few areas over and over. Or you need to mortar a bunch. Or maybe you want to get 2 Lancers through a flank route that's so long only a scout could viably make use of it to save turns.

The word is "detained." It's not a kidnapping if it's not a crime.

"Unlawfully detained" given she was a large citizen and shouldn't have been detained. Her right were violated, not the least of which include ones related to being underage and held without access to family or a lawyer.

Yeah destruction does suck past level 50 iirc. Honestly spellcrafting should have remained fron the previous games or at least make the damage output of destruction magic based on your level.

Destruction falls off by level 20 unless you're at master spells by then. Even then, that riften mage you can higher for 500 gold is better than you because his aim is better than yours ever will be because of how AI aim works.

I'm screwing around now with a "I levelled only conjuration and non combat skills, let my minions kill everything for me" run and it's hilarious how bad the AI is. :l

I had no problems killing things until level 50 thats why I said that. Then again I probably did drop the difficulty cause it was a build I had zero expirence with. After 50 though I just switched over to conjuring weapons. I went out of my way to master every school except enchanting and alchemy iirc. So also having two undead thralls at all times helped in combat I suppose.

Anything below adept and the numbers make everything viable, except in like 2 fights if you're level 120+.
