In Oregon you can ask what function they're trained to perform. Emotional support animals have one classification that's actually properly qualified but I can never remember the proper term for the function there trained to perform.

That said, it's usually not legally advisable to question anyone unless you're actually trained on all the functions that support animals are actually trained in. Like in my particular job location, it's never an issue but if I was located at a different spot I might have to turn away people with them if they're not actually certified and trained in a function

Marginally. Difference is like 10 on average for pokemon in gen 3. Won't make a big difference because you won't face any lvl 100 pokemon in game.

I never beat shadows of the empire because the timing to hit the slave 1 was annoyingly tricky. If in a modern console it might be reasonable but on n64, it presented so many issues from a mechanical standpoint.
