If they have something like shouts, there should be more than one way to get them. Bring back the Oblivion/Morrowind advancement system. Get rid of the stamina/health/magic system. You can keep the idea the perk trees, that was a OK idea. Check the mods and see what is popular try to incorporate some of those ideas. More respect/fear for your high ranking multiple faction leader character. Be able to tell NPC's like Malven (spelling?), Maul & his brother Dirge(?) to kiss your butt & be able to back it up. --- Practice random acts of mindlessness.
