yeah I agree. to be honest the crunchy subs are really bad about this, background conversation doesn't really matter a lot of the time and they sub it like, over top of the main conversation and it really confuses me. Considered just watching without subs cause I can understand japanese pretty well if they didn't talk so fast and use so much jargon

I can't stand auto flush. the ones in my university's engineering building (ironic) always flush when I'm wiping and I have to stand up to avoid getting toilet water all over my ass. then when I sit down again the flush was so intense that there's toilet water splashed on the seat anyway. and it happens several times when I'm wiping. I don't know what I'm doing to trigger it. The other day it started flushing and WOULDN'T STOP. I even filmed it for proof.

I need to write an essay tonight analyzing a manga, for my manga class. might write on Medaka Box but I haven't read that since like 2012. I've read like... just Naruto and Yamada+7 witches since then... and those were like 4 years ago even. This is when reading more manga would come in handy.

when you play a free game for 2300 hours (dota 2 for me) it kind of warps your perspective on this kind of thing. I guess I think it's just not worth any collective effort to think in such a robotic way about enjoyment of video games. Personally, I try not to think of money in that way under any circumstance. if it's too expensive it's kind of based on principle or gut feeling rather than a hard and fast rule.

Do you think it's smart of me to move to another state in hopes of finding a job after graduation? from K-On through to Kyoukai no Kanata making all my favourite shows. and then they come out with Amagi Brilliant Park and Phantom World which I thought were total garbage. And I was like "Well this is what anime is now I guess"
