Lmao now the sound cut out on Space Mountain! I half expected that the whole ride had failed, the breaks werent going to kick in and we were careening out of control on our way to a crash at the bottom...
Luckily it was just the sound. It was funny too because the riders were all having a conversation on the whole ride since there was no other sound.

I took a picture of a similar situation on the Disney World version, the cast had to actually get in the water and push the boats to a spot where the guests could get out.

They just told us that we cant get out yet because we need a bridge for the gap and they dont have one for some reason so they might have to do the same here.
