Man, I can't even tell who "please refrain from making meaningless statements" is being addressed to, which is part of the reason it's such a problem. That and it's just such an unnatural line - and it's not the only time it comes up, since Edgeworth says it a lot to Kay. It's a really stilted use of language.

It sounds like Courtney is just ignoring Sebastian there, and is thus saying it to Edgeworth.

I'm pretty sure any time I play Apollo Justice, I immediately forget about Stickler's presence as soon as that court day is done. By the time I'm putting away Atila with the panties, I've completely forgotten that Stickler had anything to do with them.

As bad as Moe's press penalizing testimony was to my first time play-through, it's pretty straightfoward because the lines you have to press him on are rather obvious. Trilo, on the other hand, is defeated by pointing out white roses he would have never seen on a silhouette, and that's where my Case 3 Trial 1 anger comes from.

That actually feels like the least possible outcome and it's probably part of the reason why they haven't localized the game. They don't want it to be shoddy. They'd want to invest the time and money in keeping with the series' standards, and it wouldn't be profitable for them to do so.

It's hard to me to have too much faith in Capcom considering I've witnessed the horror of the Ace Attorney Trilogy on iOS.

6-4 is so inane as a case that it actually crosses the line and is quite fun for me to play through. It doesn't localize well at all, it has very little to do with the overarching main plot, and the defendant is the worst ever, that I just turn my brain off and reveal in the audacity of Blackquill being a weeaboo. That, and Athena and Blackquill being together is quite nice.

Nothing is set in stone, at least not that I'm aware of. I would love it if they had multiple endings that changed the future or revealed that Max's time shenanigans broke the universe and created alternate timelines or something but I won't get my hopes up. I'm super curious to see to what extent BtS has multiple endings, actually. I'll be happy with anything more varied than LiS Ep5, which admittedly isn't a high bar to clear.

I'm curious about something. Is it really set in stone that ALL outcomes of Before the Storm lead into LiS1? What if there is an outcome where Rachel and Chloe depart from Arcadia Bay, and escape Rachel's gruesome end?

Now, note that it doesn't mean a complete, guaranteed happy ending. Sure, this would spare Rachel's life, but at what cost?

All the bonus scenes in RE4, like scoring another encounter with Mendez and getting an early bird Ada cameo, investigating the crash site of your two police buddies at the beginning, triggering an extra Salvador in the first village fight, going back to the other side of the river after Del Lago and encountering Colmillos, and just a whole bunch of awesome easter egg/finer detail things.

Sure, to Board 8, it was a massive upset that literally no one saw coming, but Board 8 was a drop in the hat to nearly 100,000 voters, most of whom had no idea of the significance of a Round 1 match between two side characters that one third of the site still picked correctly anyway.

Yeah, it sure helps to be nice to her earlier in the game if you want to warn her. I managed to get this on my first playthrough, but...

It turns out getting through to her causes her to confide into Mr. Jefferson, which then causes both of you to end up in the Dark Room, and she doesn't make it out. Oops.
