Anyways, you guys have already gotten a decent amount of the INFOs on Patch from other people, which I'm glad because that means he was ranked by them! And as well as some of the backstory that I gave in the opening post, but seriously, Patch is just so much fun, and I know Scar has a lot of fun coming up with the silly dialog that he uses. Patch often misuses words or misinterprets them and it often makes for very entertaining scenes.

I don't really have to go over Patch and Artemis' relationship, it's been pretty well explained at this point, but they are very much the best of buds.

I think one important thing to note is that early on, Artemis and Patch started off in the opposite kind of relationship, where Artemis was the Boss and Patch was the "underling". Artemis quickly wanted to change that though and, upon finding the opportunity, he was able to make Patch the "Boss" instead! Part of the reasoning behind that is that he wanted Patch to be more important. Patch was one of the most important things in his life so he wanted other people to know that and respect that. If Patch was the Boss for a strong fightin Pomeranian, then they'd have to respect someone who was his Boss, right?

Either way, ever since fairly early on in Campaign 1, Patch has been Artemis' Boss, and Artemis would do little jobs and missions for the rat, though most often, it would just be getting Cheezy Crackah's for him, but this is the way that Artemis wanted it.

Soon though, he realized he wanted Patch's voice to be heard as well... and through a lot of work, we were able to get Patch a voicebox so that EVERYONE could hear the voice of this little rat.

Unfortunately, this only really happened RIGHT at the end of Campaign 1 and barely got any use, despite how much work I put in and deals that had to be made to get it... So I was ADAMANT that Patch would be a prominent figure in Campaign 2 so that we'd at least get to see more of Patch interacting with people who weren't just Artemis.

It's a shame we haven't found poor poor Isis yet because the dog, cat and rat are quite the trio, but perhaps soon... when we get to go to Detroit... *Looks over shoulder nervously*

Patch would be found a... year? After Campaign 1 started? Or maybe a few months short of a year, I'm too lazy to go check, but ever since he's been back at Z'onn Z'orr, Data 7 has been a lot happier... in most ways. Finding Rex and Patch were probably the two best things that could lift his spirits, despite the other internal struggles he's been having.

Since Patch was still THE BOSS, eventually him and Data 7 would come up with the idea of forming a gang... which is Big Troubles! They want to do gang stuff and make a name for themselves among Z'onn Z'orr. They've already had a successful mission and are currently planning another one to retrieve missiles back from the surface of Antarctica!

Thanks to his Voicebox, Patch has made a lot of friends on Z'onn Z'orr. Starsa, Saoirse, Pepper, Amanda Waller, to name a few... Patch has a way of worming himself into your heart because he's just so sweet, even if he says some off things sometimes, you know it's always coming from a good place.

One important thing to note is that Patch was originally with OTIS "The Ratcatcher", he was like his main rat. And uh... well... Otis was killed right at the start of Campaign 2... so that was a hard hit for Patch, and pill to swallow when Data 7 broke the news to him, and I think Patch's way of coping with that is to stay cheery and put his mind to other things. He doesn't LIKE to think about it. Patch is still hurting from this loss.

I think one thing I was really hoping for was that Patch would be able to join us for a bunch of missions, but that he would be strong enough to hold his own while doing so. I might have mentioned it before, but some of my favorite sessions back in Campaign 1 were when Patch joined us. Artemis and Patch always had great back and forths during those sessions and made even full investigative sessions a joy when they had each other to bounce off of. Artemis / Data 7 is INCREDIBLY protective of Patch, even more so after messing things up for trio, so despite ME wanting Patch to be on every mission ever, Data 7 also doesn't want to see Patch get hurt or into trouble, it's a double edged sword.

Things aren't always sunshine and daisies though between Data 7 and Patch. There are some DEFINITE walls that separate them. Patch would very much just want to go back to living under Animal Man's porch with Artemis and Isis... but Artemis doesn't want that. Artemis wants to live just with Patch and Isis and also make a name for himself, he wants to make a difference in the world, he doesn't just want to sit back and laze about, letting others deal with the problems he wants to deal with.

Another wall would be romantics? Data 7 actually truly loves Patch, probably the most of any other creature or being in the world... and Patch well... he's not into that. He just wants to be friends with everyone and have it stay at that. I very much avoided any kind of romantics for Artemis back in Campaign 1 since he was younger... there was a little back and forth with him and Isis, but nothing past that. Data 7 has been exploring the world of romantics a BIT more in campaign 2, it was something I wanted to have him delve a bit into and explore. It's been a very rocky mountain to climb so far, to say the least and I don't believe he'll find what he's looking for, especially so after being destroyed by Patch when he tried asking about it. Data 7 lies about it and says it's fine and that they can go back to being best buds and partners in crime, but it really does still nag at him. WILL ARTEMIS FIND TRUE LOVE?! Probably not, but we're all here to see him fail!

Anyways, Patch is the best. His matter-of-factly tone mixed with comedy is always a pleasure to watch and see, I'm excited to see where him and Big Troubles end up in the future and what is in store for him. Now here's a few of the many many commissions I've gotten of him and Artemis / Data 7!

#2: Morro

Look at him! This is new best Lantern, hands down... (we'll see if Dex'Starr, Perdoo or MAYBE Larfleeze?! has anything to say about it later though)

He has a cute outfit and design and I loved him from the moment Rot Lop Fan introduced Data 7 to him.

Morro is the keeper of the Crypts on Oa and this worked well for both Scar and I because I know how much Scar loves going into the lore of characters and stuff. So for their first few meetings, Data 7 would ask Morro about the Crypts while also trying to get to know him better.

Despite Morro being a Green Lantern and thus being of strong will, he's still incredibly nervous and cautious around others, alarmingly so. The whole idea of characters seemingly low of will, but being Lanterns because in comparison to others of their species or sector, they were just that much higher, is pretty interesting to think and talk about. Data 7, being the curious pup that he is, constantly asks these strange beings all about themselves and their homes to learn more.

Morro's backstory is sad times. The Manhunters got out of control, back in the day, and completely annihilated what is now his sector (666). We even recently got to go to Ysmault which was one of the planets that was ravaged by the Manhunters (which I mentioned in my Dex'Starr write up). I think Ysmault and Sector 666 as a whole is currently my top interest in terms of space stuff. Not only does it have the Red Lanterns, it's also Morro's sector. Will there be a time that Data 7 needs to pick sides and it'll completely suck and I won't know what to do? Yes, this is pretty certain. If only the Red Lanterns could get along with the Green... that would be the optimal.

Either way, even though it's only been a few months worth so far, I've GREATLY enjoyed Data 7 and Morro's relationship. Even though Morro is wary, nervous of being so close to others, Data 7 has gotten him to open up slowly and bit by bit, using his tiny size to make it easier for Morro to manage. Even though we're supposed to be keeping a tight lip on most of our trips out in space, for fear of angering the guardians or otherwise, Data 7 ALWAYS tells Morro exactly how their missions go down. He wants someone to trust and for someone to show him that same trust and I think that Morro was a great choice for that.

Morro also has a few pet dratures (little dragon thingies) that are often found flying around the Crypts which are always fun to interact with. Currently one hates Data 7 but the other one likes him a lot! They are seemingly motivated by food. Who wouldn't be?!

Besides Data 7 and Morro's relationship, I appreciate the atmosphere and mood that is set whenever Data 7 heads down to the Crypts to visit, it's such a pleasure to imagine... and hey! I even decided to get a commission of the two meeting at the Crypt!

Surprisingly, when we were on trial again from the Guardians and they were like hey why'd you visit the Red Lanterns, Morro actually came down himself, IN PERSON, to speak on our behalf. In front of so many people, I was so proud of him :)

And then recently, Data 7 had asked Morro to come down to the Warriors bar to have some snacks and a drink with him! Essentially, Data 7 is just trying to get Morro more comfortable around other beings... but he also just really likes spending time with him, no matter the location. Morro was able to last a good 15 minutes before they decided to head to somewhere more quiet... but progress is progress!

I'm excited to see where Morro and Data 7's relationship goes and also what kinds of things that Scar has in store for best Lantern, I get the feeling he'll be pretty important when things start to shake up more, or at least, I would hope so!

I think a problem I'm going to run into is that since I have such a strong attachment to Morro, it's going to make it difficult to really latch onto some of the other Corps, it's already getting a bit difficult with the Red Lanterns, as much as I wanna hop on board with them.

This has tied back to Data 7 a bit in the fact that he's been TOLD he could probably BE a Red Lantern... along with Xander Stray. They've both got the anger, the rage in their hearts to wield a ring... likely.

Data 7 has talked in detail with Morro about this and Morro doesn't want to see Data 7 consumed by his anger... which I mean... makes sense.

But the power. The idea of being able to become strong enough to do the things you want, hurt the ones you want to hurt, protect the ones you want to protect. Just some words from a friend can't beat that... and it's an internal struggle that Data 7 is constantly going through, especially when talk of the Red Lanterns comes up. It's an emotion and feeling that I don't believe Morro quite understands of Data 7 and despite them being super close, I hope it doesn't become some sort of blockade for them.

Either way, this internal struggle for Data 7, the Red Lanterns and just Morro have been such a pleasure for me to dig into and I'm excited to see where the space stuff goes next.

#3: Rex the Wonder Dog

Rex has been such a joy for me since his introduction in Campaign 1. I had never imagined that he would turn into what he did when I made up my list of animal characters that I wanted to try summoning though turning out how it did was a bit on the nose. White pup with no family sees older responsible dog... Father figure get!

As I mentioned in Brutale's segment, I think the timing of Rex's appearances were very crucial in helping shape Artemis into who he is today. If he had just stuck with Brutale, I definitely think we'd be more down the Badder Dog track.

Scar has mentioned this before, but he plays Rex sorta like Captain America and I totally see it and am all there for it. So that's probably the best way to describe him and also the fact that he's a doctor dog.

The first few scenes where Artemis would summon Rex would always have Rex being busy doing doctor stuff and Artemis getting in trouble for summoning him at such a time. Quickly though, he would learn to summon Rex later in the day though it would take Rex a little while to warm up to Artemis. Artemis was very eager to learn and very much respected Rex from the get go, so any lessons that he could get from the old dog, he'd take and try to do right away, such as chewing dental bones to make sure his teeth didn't rot!

Another thing that I enjoyed doing in Campaign 1 with Artemis was having Artemis try and learn more about Rex. We found a library at one point and Artemis would search through all the of the World War II texts to see if there was anything on Rex (as he was in the war), and eventually he would find some pictures and stuff of Rex, which was really cool!

Artemis had planned to go visit Rex as Campaign 1 was wrapping up, but I decided to not have that happen as we fast forwarded to Campaign 2, I thought that the idea of having their first real meeting be during a session would be really neat and that it would also set the course for Data 7 finally being able to open up a bit and let Artemis back in.

Which is basically how it went! I THINK the session where we found Rex protecting DANNY THE EGG at the poisoned fountain was the first time I had Artemis peek through a bit (at least in terms of his youthful voice and mannerisms) and it was a lot of fun dipping back into that, at least for the brief moment. I'd committed to playing Data 7 and all that entailed, but I think I'm a bit better at playing silly and of the moment comedy a little more than serious doggo. Artemis is more comfortable for me and I definitely think that showed in those few moments where I got to shift back into him.

Ever since that session, we've had Rex back in Z'onn Z'orr with us and we've been slowly working towards trying to save his boy Danny, who has been trapped like an eggy boi because of the poisoned fountain. Currently we gotta go some some BETTER Fountain of Youth water to help the lad out.

Rex has been Rex almost the whole time that he's been back. He's been a fantastic support for Spirit in the Med Bay, and I've always enjoyed seeing what he has to say when Spirit does the doctor stuff. I think Spirit and Rex is one of my favorite relationships in the campaign and I'm glad that hombad has let that grow, very good stuff.

Rex and Data 7 has been a bit more complicated. Even though he slipped back into Artemis a bit, it's clear that he's a different dog and Rex has been dealing with that in his own way. He always tries to set him down the right path and give correct advice, but it doesn't click nearly as well as it did back when Artemis was a younger pup. Data 7 is much more stubborn, and despite him very much respecting his Pappa, the lessons are much less easily taught.

Due to absence of the Fountain of Youth, Rex hasn't had a drink from it in quite awhile and it's now starting to catch up with him. He's starting to feel old... thoughts of passing on. He's currently relaxing and resting in the Spring while we try and get it all sorted, to try and get some Fountain of Youth water to him before he really does pass on. Problem is we have like over 100 different places to go to... so that might not happen for... a year or two? >_<

Either way, I love Rex a lot and he's been incredibly influential to Artemis and Data 7. I love his interactions with other characters like Spirit and I hope we can make him feel better soon!

#4: Detective Chimp (Bobo)

Chimp has been around since the first couple weeks of the Campaign and has always been a standout for me. He'll probably always be top 5, or at least, for certain, a top 10er.

Detective Chimp is the voice of Oblivion, despite not having any magic himself and I think that he's the perfect fit for it. He's logical and insanely smart. Two things you want out of someone in that role.

Much like Data 7, Chimp has an dislike for humies... though, perhaps it's a bit more than that. Data 7's is more just a mild dislike some of the time.

One of the reasons that this is important is that it's allowed Data 7 and Chimp to bond more than some of the other characters. Data 7 calls Chimp his Uncle now... despite him not wanting that to be heard in public.

Chimp's role in Campaign 1 was... minimal at best, he came in and solved a riddle one time, and then was summoned once more by Artemis as he thanked him for the help, but his role here in Campaign 2 has been huge and I've really appreciated that.

Honestly, one of the biggest plusses for Chimp is that he's come out on a few missions with us, Data 7 usually carrying him on his back, or one time Data 7 sneaking under or on the brim of Chimp's hat. These outings have majorly contributed to his high placement because it's great to see him in action and his reactions to the world around him, and how it differs from just a regular ol humie. Another plus of this is that I'm usually always just a bit more comfortable when I've got a close NPC to bounce off of and Chimp has filled that role a couple times. We had Patch a couple times in Campaign 1 where Artemis brought him along and I always super loved those sessions. Similarly to that, I've always enjoyed the missions that Chimp has been on due to his inclusion. I really hope to have other NPCs that Data 7 jives with join us on more missions, they are always such a pleasure.

Chimp isn't always the easiest to chat to though. He's grumpy... ALL the time, AND he makes you think. If you've got a puzzle to solve or a question to crack, he'll help you, sure, but he'll make you work for it. You've gotta bring your thinking cap to the table when you sit down at Chimp's booth, and while that's not a bad thing, it's definitely a requirement at times.

Chimp and Data 7 have one of my more favorite relationships because right away upon the start of Campaign 2, Chimp realized that Data 7 was different from the pup he met in Campaign 1. This topic was always danced around but sometimes touched upon, but I think part of the reason that Chimp didn't delve too much into it is because he truly enjoys Data 7 AS Data 7 more. This persona that he's created, it's more driven, more focused on getting the job done. While Data 7 isn't really this dog at heart, it's something that Chimp valued and enjoyed getting along with.

Data 7 acts more like Artemis day after day and I feel that Chimp's one of the few that a bit saddened by this change. He wants to bring the Data 7 out of him and I think there's definitely something to be said about that. Perhaps it's just Chimp wanting Data 7 to grow up and become this tough dog that also has intelligent chats with him. Either way though, it's an interesting dynamic that I enjoy because I love the struggle that Data 7 / Artemis goes through on who he should be, and seeing someone else take up a clear side, whether it's right or wrong, definitely helps in digging more into that aspect of him.

That's not to say that Chimp is all about being serious all the time, there's been a few tender moments where he's shown quite a bit of affection towards Data 7, especially so after being marked by the Spectre, and perhaps due to their bond, it's helped Chimp to open up just a little bit more. He still has his secrets and things he doesn't want to talk about, of course, but I'd like to think that Data 7 has helped to develop his character just a little bit over the last couple years.

We need Chimp on more missions! (Or other NPCs I enjoy ;) )

#5: Brutale

And the last humie finally goes down on my list. I will admit that a lot of Brutale's strength DOES carry over from C1 but what we've gotten from in in C2 has been great as well, we shouldn't take away from that!

Back in C1, Brutale almost became sort of like Artemis' first father figure. Definitely not a GOOD one, but one that he quickly attached to in the glorious "Drunk Demon God Chat" session. The Demon God territory was one that we were all very cautious about and we were definitely on our toes when we first entered. So it was really relieving that when we got there, we got to just enjoy drinks and chat with Azrael's right hand men. Brutale was one of those, and Artemis was drawn in by his violent way of life, coupled along with his more carefree attitude and joyous greetings towards him.

Brutale quickly gave the nickname "Loco" to Artemis because really, Artemis is definitely a bit loco. They would go on several missions together and Brutale would teach Artemis the way of torture but also teach him about honor at the same time. I thought it was a really neat and fun way for Artemis to dip his paws into the realm of villainy but it soon turned into more that Artemis was seeing him more as a father figure, someone who he could learn from, despite the warnings and trepidations of the party and his other close friends.

It's probably a very good thing that Artemis had started talking to Rex not too soon after getting in good with Brutale. Artemis needed the more... positive influence on his life, to keep him from dipping too far into the "evil" side of things.

Scar would often talk about how different Brutale was the first time campaign 1 was run due to the decisions that that party had made and it was always great hearing what sorts of things were different and how different the character had turned out due to the choices that they had made. I was HOPING that Brutale could have been one of the main leaders in the territory hunt, but it was just wasn't quite in the cards. Perhaps it was for the best anyways.

Either way, Artemis and Brutale left on good terms. Brutale was even on Artemis' final mission in Gotham... but he got put to sleep pretty early on in it, but that's okay, I still had Bock, Patch, Isis and over fifty cats to help out.

Fastforward to C2 where we meet Brutale on the Convoy! Brutale is Bane's biggest fan and follower after all and since the Convoy storyline was dipping into Bane territory, it was only a matter of time before our wonderful friend showed up again. I talked about how Richard made the Convoy a good time, but Brutale also played a good part in enhancing those sessions as well! Data 7 couldn't have been happier to be fighting equated and OMACS along side his first father, Brutale.

I think they have pretty great chemistry and their reunion was one of the first times that Data 7 started to open up again as well, when they came across Brutale. He wouldn't have wanted to see his pup acting all moody and serious all the time. That ain't Loco.

Eventually after the Convoy would wrap up, Brutale would come back with us to Z'onn Z'orr where Data 7 would have Brutale assigned as head interrogator. I think most people wouldn't have Brutale guessed in my top 5 due to the fact that I haven't had that many interactions with him after bringing him to Z'onn Z'orr, but that doesn't mean I don't still really appreciate the character and enjoy seeing him! I just struggle to think of exactly what we'll chat about if I want to have Data 7 go to him. Either way, I do enjoy seeing Minerva chat it up with our resident interrogator... maybe I can go back to trying to figure out how to get him to be a part of the Secret Six instead >=)

#6: Perdoo

I'm a bit surprised that no one guessed Perdoo when I've been trying to seek him out as much as possible since his introduction in Spirit's scene.

This Lantern is a CHARACTER. Perdoo is insanely paranoid, and that's using the word to it's proper meaning. He's insane.

For several years, Perdoo HAD been a Lantern and had gone to Oa and done all the cool things that Lanterns do... and when he returned to his home planet is when Hal Jordan did THE THING... so Perdoo had arrived home only for him not to have his powers any more.

No one would believe him on his planet though and soon he'd be thrown into asylum.

I know we heard of the tragedies on Ysmault of the Red Lanterns and what they've all had to go through and what they want to do, what they want for revenge, but Perdoo's story just sounds the most tragic of all of them, at least to me. We can see in the flesh what the actions of Hal Jordan had on this being and the results of someone being stripped of incredible powers, likely spending day after day trying to convince people that he wasn't lying.

I want to dig into that. Data 7 wants to dig into that. He wants to help Perdoo.

Perdoo HAS his powers back, but clearly he's still insanely paranoid about everything and definitely seems like an outcast among most of the other Lanterns, most giving him wide berth if they can, as to not be subject to his ranting and raving about nonsense.

Thankfully, I absolutely love his ranting and raving. Perdoo is an incredibly charming character to me and I love his interactions with Data 7 and others. It's top tier comedy for me.

But on the flip side I really do wanna get to know him more, which is a challenge, considering he thinks we are all spies sent from... wherever. The key point though is that he doesn't trust anyone, and Data 7 wants to be someone who he can trust, a friend.

He also has a super good reaction face. It's posted a lot in our discord.

But yeah, Perdoo is really cool. I'm excited to continue meeting with him and hope I can make some progress into his crazed mind.

#7: Brother Eye

I really wish I could have been there for the first session where Brother Eye was introduced. I've been really intrigued by this character from the Get-Go. Robots/AI have always been really interesting to me, after animal characters, and doubly so if they are important and relevant to the plot/story of things.

In short, we're "working" with Brother Eye to eventually take down Mother Miracle. We have similar goals in wanting to take down Darkseid but we're not really quite sure what Brother Eye's end game is. Uneasy allies is probably our relationship at the moment. He also can't quite give us that much in assistance as he doesn't want to be found out by Mother Miracle.

Early on when Brother Eye was introduced, Waller wanted us to bring in different personalities and such to use on Brother Eye whenever he showed up. If he's an AI, perhaps he can be taught and bit swayed slightly more to our side of things. Be more flexible. That sort of thing. This was back when Data 7 was mostly still moody and didn't really dip back into Artemis yet. I think over the course of the last year or so, since he's been opening up more, Artemis + Brother Eye could be a really fun combo.

I'm a bit frustrated in myself because the first few times that Data 7 was around for a Brother Eye interaction (he's usually in an OMAC of sorts, or around OMACs), I was always too passive or didn't really get to take the lead as I may have wanted and thus haven't really been able to build a relationship worth noting in the slightest. I struggle with anxiety greatly so in moments like these where I want to step up, or need to step up, I often let my character down.

Either way, Brother Eye is a fascinating character to me and I'm always super excited when he shows up. I'm not surprised that not a single person guessed him to be on my list, but he's always done well on the gauntlets I run, but perhaps he's been a bit forgotten about since we haven't had too many meaningful interactions with him over the last year.

Like I mentioned before, I think he has a super important connection to the OMAC / Mother Miracle / Simon Hurt plotline and I'm really excited to see where that goes, how it turns out, and what kind of effect we can have on it. I think our interactions with Brother Eye and how we work with him will have a huge effect on how it all plays out as well.

#8: Artemis-2

So... there's a bit to explain here...

On our first mission out in Space we went to Hardcore Station which is sort of like a galactic truck stop. All sorts of different beings and sorts around and lots of things to do. We went there to help try and solve a murder mystery!

All wrapped up in this murder mystery though was this cloning business that was going on and during our multiple session time spent there, they were able to steal bits of the party's DNA and what not to make clones of our characters. During the last two sessions, we finally saw this come to fruition when we were pitted up against a bunch of our own clones. It was utter chaos after a few minutes, but the first bit was against a bunch of Data 7 clones. Our party managed to take out all but one, who had swallowed the original Data 7 down after a failed attempt at trying to charm his own clone. Data 7 simply grew in size to clog up his throat though and he specifically made sure to just make this one fall unconscious instead of outright killing the clones, like the other RUTHLESS party members did :weary:

We didn't have time to stick around though and soon found ourselves midst the chaos of thousands and thousands of clones.

After all was said and done, all of the clones were being eradicated and Data 7 made a plea to have the one clone spared of himself, the one he had left alive.

And that would be Artemis-2! He was called Artemis 2 because he was the second Data 7 clone to take an action when we got into a fight with them.

The clone was spared, but had instantly run off into hiding before we got a chance to seek him out... and so there would need to be a return mission to Hardcore...

And so the return mission happened! We went back to Hardcore and sought out Artemis-2, who was in the sewers chasing around the tiny Glitch. "Glitch Glitch!"

The whole Artemis-2 session was chasing him around and trying to get him to stop being a bad dog. We would eventually do so and after finally getting to share some words, we got Artemis-2 a job with the police force in Hardcore. Data 7 really wanted Artemis-2 to come back to Oa with him, wanting to go on adventures with basically someone he considered his brother, something he's never really had before. Artemis-2 wants to live his own life though and... though it was a tough pill to swallow, Data 7 decided to let Artemis-2 stay there on Hardcore to make his own path.

This wouldn't be the end though. Data 7 and Artemis-2 have a little bottle with paper thing that they can send back and forth to each other, to chat and talk about all the different adventures they've been having. The back and forth they have is great. They often just send pages with paw prints to each other, or go on and on about how stinky Rosetta is.

I think the chemistry between the two is fantastic. They are very competitive and always try and one up each other, but there's always one thing that they can agree on. And that's that Rosetta is stinky, and that one better cover one's nose when around such a fiend.

Data 7 has always been searching for any family that he might have, any possible siblings... or perhaps his actual dad that may or may not exist, so finding a brother out in Space has been quite the joy for him. Even though it's technically himself, Artemis-2 has already differentiated enough from Data 7 so that Artemis-2 really does feel like a younger brother rather than a clone.

#9: Mike the Rooster

"OH GOD!"

Mike the Rooster is a lot of fun and absolutely contributed to my enjoyment of the Vegas sessions. I'm glad Scar had him speak up again after I did a once over of all of Martina's items because I had forgotten he was introduced first.

Mike is almost always yelling and is paranoid about absolutely everything. Data 7 saw some use in him though! Since he could fly, Data 7 could always get small and catch a ride with the bird whenever they needed to get a bit of height... and Mike's best stat, Perception, was put to good use when we needed to scout or keep an eye on anything!

But more than that, just bringing Mike around everywhere with him atop Data 7's hat is a good visual, and getting the occasional opinion from him as well during our adventures in Vegas was also great, despite it being hell on Scar's vocal cords.

Data 7 was planning on teaching Mike how to use a cyanide pill, to try and shove it down someone's throat, but we didn't quite get around to teaching that. I suppose it would have been too risky to get Mike involved in the fight anyways, but I couldn't pass up on my desire to see Mike the Rooster murder someone with a cyanide pill.

Either way, Mike was a ton of fun and I always appreciate if some animal character is thrown into the mix of sessions since I really enjoy the back and forth that Scar and I get to do when they are. Mike and Data 7 are one of the best pairs when it comes to that for sure.

Mike is back at Z'onn Z'orr now where Data 7 has recently brought on a small rivalry between the rooster and Corduroy Otter after Data 7 consumed a salve made from a small bit of Pixie and Lavender which made him extra irresistible, so the two were sorta fighting over him. Keyword sorta. Either way, that whole scene was a ton of fun and was probably my favorite bit of RP bingo, at least on my end.

PERHAPS MIKE WILL BE ON THE RETURN TO VEGAS?

Hmm... we'll see what he has to think about that, when we get to it in many many many weeks time.

#10: Corduroy

Corduroy was first introduced in one of our Gotham sessions where we went to Gotham Zoo and ended up finding Oracle (as well as a few other notable characters), but more importantly, we found that a lot of the animals had been killed or taken away... all except one for each exhibit, and that they were red furred... sorta?

Corduroy was one of the animals that Data 7 checked in on and Corduroy was a very sweet boy. He gave Data 7 a stick!

Upon getting back to Z'onn Z'orr, Data 7 figured that there was something going on with the animals and then OMACs that were patrolling so he wanted to question Corduroy further, as well as get a new friend, so he called up Oracle on the Satphone and got it all arranged so that Bud and Lou Hyenas would go gather up Corduroy from the Zoo and bring him back so Snapper could make the exchange and get the otter here.

And so it was done.

Corduroy is not very smart. He's VERY much what you'd expect just a regular animal to be, and act. Whereas you have a lot of the other animal characters that act a bit more... well, like characters, Corduroy is basically just an otter. He wants to sleep, eat, and swim.

I've been TRYING to get more out of him but it has been a struggle. Data 7 will not give up though. Corduroy is a friend and he really wants to bring him into his friend circle and to learn the ways. Data 7 cheated at the Try Outs for Corudroy so that the otter would do better on the tests and convinced Patch (THE BOSS), to let him onto the team, along with Pocus.

It's not that Data 7 thinks Corduroy was the best pick, but that he wants Corduroy to learn and experience the world, get him out of his comfort zone and join the ranks of the great. Can Corduroy learn? Probably not. But we're going to try anyways because he's a cute otter and deserves love.

One thing in particular I enjoy quite a bit with Corduroy is doing just plain stupid things with him. Data 7 and Corduroy both have low knowledge, so they'll bonk their heads on shelves over and over trying to reach a scarf or something that's just a bit too high for them. Sure Data 7 could just get large and grab the scarf, but where's the fun in that? And poor Corduroy is too dumb to just suggest it.

I know scar very much resents my constant pushes for Corduroy and would rather I spend time with more important and relevant characters to the campaign, but I am who I am and just wanna do the things that make me happy and have fun. Let's see what Big Troubles has in store for Corduroy and if he can mange to avoid being kicked off the team.

As long as he doesn't join those dastardly Passable Persuasions.

#11: X-LEX

I don't have the updated gauntlet on my laptop yet so you get the BIGGER PICTURE.

X-LEX is a super cute cool little beaked robot that we encountered on The Auctioneer's ship when the Auctioneer so rudely tried to steal Radio Tuner from us. He also captured the leader of Throneworld so we had double reasons to infiltrate and try and set things right.

Though, when we encountered X-LEX he was still working for the auctioneer, and we had to force him to help us through the ship, as well as release a bunch of the captives and treasures that the auctioneer had on said ship. It was a pretty fun session that went SUPER long (5 and a half hours I think?), but X-LEX was definitely the highlight for me.

You only have yourself to blame for this scar if you give us a cute little robot that talks funny. Of course I'm going to latch myself on to it and protect it with my life.

Well... I'll try at least.

During our adventures through the auctioneer's ship, X-LEX slowly began to figure out that the auctioneer was making BAD deals... lies if you would, and X-LEX wouldn't stand for that... and as I predicted, I knew he would want to try and sacrifice himself to take him down. The writing was on the wall and despite Data 7 trying his best, X-LEX ended up taking himself down with the ship so that we could all get out and the citizens below wouldn't be harmed either.

Thankfully that wouldn't be the end of things as we would return to Throneworld's depths and... due to Brennus and Data 7 being on the mission, a bunch of incredibly dangerous captives would be released back into the world... but more importantly, X-LEX's broken body would be recovered as well...

It wouldn't be that easy though.

The Grim Accounting was there and was like hey bro, you can't just take this robot, he was supposed to die here so now you gotta make a bad deal. And Data 7 is like, heck yeah, I make bad deals all the time, have I told you about that one where I helped Mister Mind get back home and now Lashina wants me to kill Superman?

So now Data 7 has to harvest the soul of the Anti-Monitor in exchange for X-LEX.

Problem is, you don't exactly argue with The Grim Accounting, and Data 7 wasn't about to just let his friend die like that and so BOOM, next bad deal made.

X-LEX is back on Oa now and has been fixed up by Stel the ROBOT. Problem is, when he finally gets booted back up, he's likely not even going to want to continue existing, preferring to be shut down so uh... yeah, we'll see how THAT goes.

Either way, I really really enjoyed the little bits of X-LEX we've gotten and he really brought that session together for me. We'll see what happens next though, it definitely sounds like an uphill battle... even after promising to harvest the soul of the Anti-Monitor and Data 7 will die in 30 days if he doesn't :weary:

My guess? He's a closed-minded soulless zombie. He decides who he likes episode one and doesn't change his mind. His enjoyment hinges on how well his early favorites do and nothing more; this is not how you watch reality TV. I don't understand, but to each his own.

I despise Shan, too, but I still enjoyed her as a character, especially her comeuppance being surprisingly early. That's good TV. This season is devoid of people who make good TV, and that is a fact. We can just continue laughing at him for saying something as factually incorrect as "this season is better than S42." We all knew he's wrong.

Could also be that he's a racist. I can't think of a valid reason to hate Maryanne - sure, she can be a little over-the-top with her enthusiasm at times, but that makes her endearing and real. She's a top 10 winner (not top 5) for how she played a strategy that was perfect for someone like her and her game-winner of taking Omar out was shades of Natalie Anderson. S42 had plenty of others with charisma, too - this season lacks that. I find myself rooting for nobody, which is an immediate criterion for bottom 5 consideration.

Frankly, as terrible as Edge of Extinction was due to the twist and editing, at least that had plenty of people who were fun personalities (even if Rick Devens overwhelmed them all in said poor edit). This is on par with Ghost Island, but unlike that season, the pre-merge was soulless instead of brutal and tragic. So that means bottom 3. I hope it turns around but my hopes are low.

Congrats. You're a fucking moron.

I never said I hated Maryanne, I said I didn't care at all about her. She was annoying and got on my nerves early on. I disliked that whole tribe, really.

Hey guess what, you can continue bashing this season, and I'll continue saying it's better than 41 and 42.

41 and 42 each had only 1 contestant that I cared about and when they went out I stopped giving any fucks about the season.

If you are telling me I should just change my mind and like characters like Shan and Maryanne because that's how I should feel and it makes things "interesting" and "better" television, then you can promptly take a hike, thank you very much.

It's clear we enjoy different things though. You like things that make for good TV. I just like certain people and want to see them do well, and if they don't then I don't give a fuck about the rest of the people that I don't care for.

Unless Cass, Karla, Owen and Noelle get voted out back to back to back, I'm fairly certain I'm going to enjoy this more than 41 and 42

And the fact that Shan got heroic music while being voted out. Fucking make me puke already why don't you.

Ryan is hilariously clueless. Just bringing up at the merge feast that they should be the final 7 LOL

I just didn't really like any of their personalities. Didn't care for Omar, liked Hai until he betrayed Lydia for the dumbest reason ever. Jonathan was completely unlikeable, I don't know what people saw in him. Maryanne got on my nerves a lot. Hated Romeo. Mike completely jumped ship at the merge for his muscle love, Jonathan which completely ruined Mike for me.

Not sure what people are talking about in terms of this survivor cast vs season 41 and 42.

I liked Evvie and Tiff from 41 and only Lydia from 42. I hated most of 42's cast tbh and stopped watching after Lydia was robbed.

This season I like Cass, Owen, Karla, and Noelle and only really don't care for Gabler, Cody or Jesse. Ryan is hilarious to watch.

I guess you guys just had a super hard on for Jonathan or Maryanne or Shan or Ricard or whatever but man I hated them.

#12: Pixie

What a sweet little dog!

Pixie was brought to Z'onn Z'orr very early on in the campaign and was just a sweet little proper dog that quickly had two terrible influences brought into her life. Those being Lush and Data 7.

Almost instantly Lush claimed Pixie and said that she was now her dog!... Despite Data 7 talking to Pixie and learning that she was owned by some dude that she wanted to get back to.

Lush didn't really care about this though and continued to settle Pixie down in her room as her new dog.

We've gotten a bit more information to the whereabouts of Pixie's owner, and that he's actually a bad dude (WHICH I CALLED!), but I have a strong feeling if Lush is on that mission, she'll just kill him or something and then claim to Pixie that "Oh no... he died!"... Well, Data 7 won't let that happen, or at least, Data 7 won't let it happen the way Lush wants!

Either way, that's just scratching the surface of Pixie. I mentioned Lush and Data 7 being two terrible influences... well, Lush is Lush... so that one is a given, but Data 7 has been pushing and pushing Pixie into the realm of villainy for his own selfish goals of getting to play with and teach the innocent pup.

Pixie was probably Data 7's first step into the world of romance and he's unsure of how to deal with all that jazz. He wants to play and he wants to play rough... but Pixie wants everything proper and to be protected in Data 7's strong forelegs. There's a lot of push and pull in their relationship and it goes back and forth all of the time. If Data 7 upsets her... she can always be won over by him bringing her a new gift... like Alligator Teeth... or new shades or something like that. She loves gifts and being doted on after all.

Due to Data 7's constant pushing, Pixie has started to become a little devil herself... which has spurred on the creation of the Passable Persuasions, a way to get back at Data 7 whenever he isn't treating her properly. Data 7 finds this whole group and idea as a slap in the face and complete insult though, as if it's treating the Big Troubles like a joke. And perhaps that's Pixie's whole idea... because the Passable Persuasions definitely hasn't actually done ANYTHING! Big Troubles is going to change the world after all, what are the Passable Persuasions going to do? Look pretty on Canary's posters? Likely.

Either way, I mentioned the give and take and back and forth with Pixie and that really does exemplify Data 7 and Pixie's relationship. He'll go to her sometimes and it'll be a fun time for both, gifts given, both dogs ending up happy... for the most part. But then sometimes it just doesn't work out, Pixie playing hard to get and Data 7 ending up in a huff.

One of the problems is that Data 7 is torn if he ACTUALLY likes Pixie. He enjoys her bark... her scent, but due to their constant headbutting on ideals, he doesn't even know if he wants to be romantically involved with her, or even understand what that would entail. Data 7 had a small chat with Saoirse about this, which, surprisingly enough, was the first time he delved into those feelings a bit, and also learned a bit more about Saoirse as well.

Either way, Pixie has been a lot of fun and I enjoy the transformation that she has taken from her sweet meek disposition, to a more aggressive, get what I want, kind of dog, I'm very curious to see what else Scar has in store for her.

#13: Skirl

More Green Lanternnnnnnns!

When we first got to Oa, like I mentioned, a lot of the beings there definitely were not fans of us. There was a huge grouping that immediately left the room when we entered and Data 7 was able to get the scent off ONE of them and he chose of course the weird animal looking thing!

Soon after, Data 7 would seek this being out and unfortunately for him, Skirl would be one of Jordan's BIGGEST haters and detractors. After all, Skirl's home planet was annihilated from the result of Hal's actions.

So despite Data 7's constant sympathizing, Skirl is a tough nut to crack, especially so since he seems to be one of the spearheads in trying to get some sort of revenge on Hal, or at least get him to slip up in some way. Whenever you'll seek out Skirl, he'll be seen WHISPERING to a few other Lanterns.

Despite it all, Data 7 STILL wants to keep trying. He's not trying to push to Skirl that Hal is some hero or anything, but more that himself and the other Terrans on Oa are here to help in any way they can. Trust is not so easily earned though and despite his constant attempts, the brick wall stands strong...

But... then we have Brennus come along and pitch to Skirl that we need to overthrow Hal in some way and that Brennus wants to help with that.

And boom, Skirl is in.

It's an interesting approach to be sure, appealing to that side of Skirl, but it's definitely been earning Brennus brownie points with the animal-like being. It MAY bite Brennus in the butt at some point, but I'll admit I'm a bit peeved at how well it's been working.

I kind of played around with the idea of Data 7 doing something similar but the thought was only very brief. After just getting to Space, Data 7 would be as far away as possible from his TOUGH guy, lying dog act that he could try and pull off. He's definitely more back to his peppy, do your best! kind of attitude, despite it not being a match for a handful of the Lanterns.

At least it's gotten Skirl a bit more screen time other than Data 7 going to him. Either way, I still quite enjoy the character and wish Brennus the BEST OF LUCK with his dangerous endeavors.

This character has been as high as #2 at one point!!

#14: Charaxes (Drury Walker)

Scary!

There's a lot of backstory to this one. We go ALLLLLLLLLLL the way back to Campaign 1 and literally our first mission. We are set off into Wayne Manor to find... something? Something something Grandfather clock? I forget... but our enemy and one standing in our way when we finally get into the Batcave was Killer Moth!

We had a bit of a scuffle and then big earthquake started happening. We befriended... sorta... Killer Moth quickly to try and get him to help us, but we would soon be torn apart and barely escape ourselves.

Killer Moth ended up trapped and his only means of escape was to make a deal with Neron, and he would be turned into a big, crazy moth creature as a result.

This isn't the creature you see here... instead if was something that we had to deal with in Gotham, weeks and weeks into the campaign. Though I wouldn't be a part of that session, that was the other group that dealt with him.

This COULD have been the end of it. But Killer Moth wasn't about to stay dead, not on Francine Langstrom's watch at least. Apparently she had managed to put this creature back together in some fashion and ended up selling him to La Dama for her to use as protection. This is the creature you see in the image and what currently is Killer Moth.

Data 7 wasn't a part of the El Paso missions where they met La Dama, and Charaxes by extension so I wasn't able to make any connection there, but I definitely wanted to be a part of the Convoy since those two would definitely be part of those missions.

I'll admit probably half the reason I wanted to go on the Convoy in the first place was to have Data 7 get to know Charaxes better.

And so that's what happened!

During the Convoy, Data 7 would slowly get to know Charaxes a little bit, skittering up to him and observing before we would set off on our objective. He's... mostly a moth creature, there isn't much human left in him. He can't speak... but it seems he can understand English sometimes. One thing for certain is that he's very protective and always protects La Dama.

Data 7 made a deal with La Dama to give her an acorn to trap La Llarona in, in exchange for Charaxes to be released into his care from her... and most of that went according to plan, except Charaxes still feels a connection with La Dama and won't leave her side... he'll stick nearby. He seems sad even at the suggestion that he doesn't need to protect or any more.

Data 7 still stops on by often though to try and get to know him a little better, to try and convince him that he doesn't need La Dama.

I think Data 7's work on Charaxes has been hurt the most by the introduction of Space and Oa the most out of all the characters. I had planned to keep going to him lots but then SPACE happened and a whole ton of new characters and stuff got introduced and I haven't gotten a chance to keep making efforts with him.

Either way, some of my favorite bits of the Convoy were Data 7's little couple minute moments with the weird moth creature and seeing what now makes him tick.

#15: Ferdinand

Good ol reliable Ferdinand.

Ferdinand made his way over to Z'onn Z'orr pretty early on in the campaign and I'd like to say that he and Data 7 have a pretty good relationship. Maybe not as good as him and Lush! But I'll take #2 #2.

Ferdinand is like... well... Ferdinand. He's a gentle but gruff soul and doesn't WANT to fight but can be easily pushed to do so, especially if a crazy lady comes in attacking with a knife.

I think one of my favorite Ferdinand scenes so far, and I brought this up during the Stranger writeup, was during the Cook Off where Lush and Ferdinand were battling to see who would be HEAD CHEF and Data 7 allied himself with Ferdinand because Lush is a meanie.

The Stranger had noticed that Ferdinand wasn't exactly trying his hardest and had actually thrown the contest so that Lush could win.

After so, Data 7 had gone to talk to him about it and learned he had done so for Lush's sake. It kind of shined a new light on him that I hadn't seen before and I respected him for that decision... DESPITE FERDINAND BEING THE BETTER COOK!

Data 7 and Ferdinand have also shared a few more quiet moments together, usually when Data 7 is a bit curious about his back story and heritage. And we just got a bit more Ferdinand lore as well when he joined us in our mission to Themyscira. It wasn't a pleasant trip for Ferdinand though... upon arriving we found out that Ferdinand's brother (WARRIOR PRINCE) had been killed in the fighting that had taken place there... and possibly his father (unknown on that still).

Data 7 had wanted to show him some comfort in this time, maybe dig into that a bit more at the time... but that's just when Patroklos, Jumpa and Flicka showed up so my priorities were a bit stretched at that time.

Either way, I still appreciate Ferdinand a lot and have greatly enjoyed the little fighting bouts that they've had together. It's interesting to see his internal struggle with wanting to be more of a pacifist but also being strong enough to be otherwise and the push and pull that Data 7 presents when interacting with him.

At least I think so.

#16: L-Ron

Just imagine Claptrap from Borderlands and you half way to describing L-Ron.

And it's important to note that Claptrap is one of my favorite characters.

L-Ron's introduction mission was a lot of fun, and even though he was trying to get us killed all the way with all of the Metal Men, you couldn't help but love the annoying little guy as he spoke through the speakers.

After we brought L-Ron back, Data 7 was the one in charge of figuring out what to do with him, even going so far as to almost getting him a restraining bolt installed if he wasn't going to behave. I had a lot of fun having Data 7 lug L-Ron around as he would insult and annoy the various PCs.

Though it wouldn't last long, soon L-Ron would be set up as Waller's assistant / secretary.

This was good and bad at the same time. It meant that anyone who wanted to have a chat with Waller would have to go through him and you'd better believe he'd do everything possible to waste all of your time. So it gave us a TON of L-Ron content, which I was all there for. But! On the flipside, it meant Data 7 couldn't fool around with L-Ron nearly as much any more as Waller would always be just a few steps away. Waller is the definitely NO FUN ALLOWED.

I did managed to slip in a couple fun things though. Like with L-Ron and hats. Getting him that karate headband and he'd start spouting japanese and going wild. Fun times. Especially early on when Data 7 was lugging L-Ron around when we went to the disguise room to try on a ton of hats. Good stuff.

#17: Manitou Dawn

And the combination you were looking for... was Data 7 and Rosetta!

Manitou Dawn has been a lot of fun to interact with. You got a full big write up from War on her, and as you would know Data 7 has been going to her lots now as well. He's becoming a Shaman through her teachings, or rather, a Shadog as he would put it.

Through Dawn I've been able to have Data 7 explore his more calm and eager for knowledge side. Dawn is one of the few he tries his best to act tough and smart since she likely wouldn't put up with a pup's shenanigans. Though, through her teachings, she'll often see his tail wag when he learns something especially neat or if he feels proud about something.

Manitou Dawn is a bit like Winged Victory in the way that she also has stories to tell to those that will listen. Rosetta often heads to Dawn to listen to these stories and they are always a pleasure to read as well. (The Beaver one was my favorite)

The relationship between Dawn and Data hasn't been one sided though. Despite him going to her plenty of times to learn how to be a Shadog, Dawn has been able to find her Inukchuk in him.

I always enjoy giving Data 7 more ties to nature and allowing him to open up more in those regards. Due to his lifestyle, always getting mixed up in trouble and these world ending events, Data 7 rarely ever gets a chance to sit and smell the flowers. Dawn allows for a bit of that to shine through, but also urge him to want more of it.

The Shadog stuff in general has been a ton of fun. Data 7 has been able to create salves from combinations of dirt, honey, spit, etc as well as small bits of fur or whatnot from different creatures to create small bonuses that may assist in the field or otherwise. It's been a lot of fun experimenting and seeing what works and what kind of bonus each different animal around Z'onn Z'orr may provide.

Along with these salves, it's allowed Data to get closer with these animals and plants, listen more closely to them, their inner workings. He's not a smart or perceptive dog, but he does his best.

The visual of Data 7 learning from Dawn in her lodge has always been a good one to imagine as well. Sitting by the fire as she teaches him about nature and the like. Good stuff.

I will admit, I actually accidentally forgot to rank Prowley. He SHOULD have been part of the top 52... probably somewhere in the 50-30 range. I had added a few new characters and moved things around before finalizing the list but somehow Prowley slipped through the cracks.

Data 7 wasn't exactly there for the missions that Prowley was on and introduced, but I think I'll echo everyone else and say that it was probably for the best. The way Scar did Prowley's voice was so good, I don't think I would have wanted to take away from that.

Like I've mentioned with the other animal characters that Scar does, it really does feel like Prowley has a distinct voice and is completely different from the rest, yet, at the same time, still feels like just a regular cat.

I do enjoy this little rivalry between Prowley and Pocus that is stirring up (despite it being seemingly one sided atm). I definitely could see Prowley joining the Passable Persuasions and then THAT becoming a problem, since Pocus is part of Big Troubles.

Since Prowley has come back to Z'onn Z'orr, Data 7 has only had one brief interaction with him but I'll definitely be wanting to have more with him and learn about those tricky tricky furbles. He is convinced that Rosetta will be the undoing of all of us. Rosetta wants to force Prowley to be best friends with Susie...

Prowley... Do your best! I believe in you!

#18: Rot Lop Fan

And we're back to the Green Lan-... well, sorta.

Rot Lop Fan is part of the Green Lantern Corps... but he uses a bell instead of a ring, since he cannot see! The F-Sharp Bell!

He was an instant hit with at least a couple of the PCs when we were first introduced to us. He's got a calm demeanor and was one of the few Lanterns that didn't mind the group of Terrans that suddenly appeared on Oa. He was even able to calm a bunch of the nearby Lanterns with the soothing sounds provided by his bell.

Data 7 has pretty good hearing, so I really enjoyed the moment where he got up close to Rot Lop Fan's bell and just took in the relaxing chingalings.

Perhaps Rot Lop has a bit of recency bias along with a bunch of the other Lanterns but I'm eager to dig more into his character as well as go on the mission that he has laid out for us! The last few months I've been completely absorbed by all of the Space stuff. Maybe Data 7 and Brennus should get their own little bells and join Rot Lop's F-Sharp Bell Corps. But where to find some cool bells...

Data 7 has had a few scenes with Rot Lop so far, and Data 7 has a ton of fun discussing senses and learning how strong Rot Lop's sense of hearing is. Plus, he just looks super cool and has a fun name.

Another reason I think I've enjoyed the Lanterns a good amount is that Data 7 has been able to be much more open and excitable while in space. Rather than just saying what he thinks he should say, or acting like he think he should act, he's being much more free with his words and actions which have led to more fun scenarios.

I like Rot Lop Fan.

#19: Mister Stubbs

Another of our new found friends found in Opal City!

At first glance, Stubbs just seems like a crazy monkey who likes to cause problems for people. And I'm not saying he isn't that, but there's definitely more to him once you dig into the character.

For one, he's a monkey that can talk. And two... he's somehow really really good at drawing!

When we first found Stubbs, he had no idea where he was or how he had gotten there, a case of the ol amnesia, but we brought him along with us nonetheless and he proved to be... relatively helpful... at least when he wasn't smacking Data 7 across the snout with a pan.

But they grew a small sort of kinship and upon finishing up with Opal and returning to Z'onn Z'orr, Data 7 would house Stubbs up in his own room. Stubbs was fun. He's crazy and spouts nonsense, but Data 7 also felt bad that the monkey had lost his memories and wanted to try and help him out.

And so began the journey to try and figure out who Stubbs was, where he came from, and how he got here!

Over the next year or so, Data 7 would get Stubbs to do some drawings, but would also frequently push the monkey to get upset. When Stubbs gets angry, he often yells out things that don't make sense... people's names from his past, and Data 7 wanted to pull these things out of him.

One of the earlier on drawings that caused a few head tilts, as a drawing of a pirate Catwoman. Data 7 remembers Catwoman for sure... but not as a Pirate, and after poking Jon Valor about this, it seems he didn't have much knowledge into the matter.

This began talks of THE BLEED and alternate universes... to which we eventually had Stubbs' blood tests and lo and behold, Stubbs HAD indeed come from the Bleed... well... sort of. It's still kind of foggy but Stubbs absolutely has some connection to it.

Data 7 has been able to get a bit more of Stubbs' past out of him, but I feel we're going to learn a LOT more once we find a way to get to and TRAVEL the Bleed, I feel Stubbs will become incredibly relevant around that time and I'm excited for it!

In the meantime, Data 7 will continue to bother Stubbs a bunch as well as insist he continue his drawings! He's been a very fun character for me to interact with and I look forward to seeing what will come up next with him!

#20: King Shark (Nanaue)

First member of the top 20 is the big big scary Shark man!

There's not much I can say about King Shark that others haven't already said, but better. I enjoy his interactions with Minerva as well as the other PCs and there's something to be said about his much different outlook on life compared to a ton of the other characters. If he wants to kill and eat someone, he just will, and you'll kind of just be standing there being like... alright, well that happened.

I'd like to think that Data 7 shares at least a few similarities with King Shark. Data 7 has tried to dig a bit into what he's all about but he's definitely not easy to open up, he'll do it for Minerva though. Data 7 is no water princess.

But I've still had Data 7 go to him plenty of times. I really enjoy the immediate sense of danger whenever you hang around Shark, and especially so if you try and fight with him. You get that sense of thrill when you fight with someone who could easily kill you if it turned for the worse.

I'd like to think they are still friends though and I really like the lies he tries to spread whenever Data 7 calls him out on trying to eat him. He'll literally try to chomp him, Data 7 will call him out, and then Shark will be like, what are you talking about? That never happened!

One surprising thing was that King Shark tried out for Big Troubles! Or maybe he was just there for the half time snacks provided by Lush... but either way, Data 7 was really really close to picking Shark to join the crew, perhaps next time! Data 7 is still a bit too worried that Shark might just snap up Patch or something...

Nanaue has also joined the party on plenty of missions and he's always been a joy to listen to. I look forward to seeing where else in store for him and will definitely try and spend a bit more time with him as well in the future.

Data 7 and Starro the Accountant may need to hire Nanaue for their next Big Troubles mission... I hope he's not too expensive...
