Embrace your uniqueness. Everyone is different in their own way and its fulfilling to feel positive about what makes you special. Meditation and reflection with special herbs can help achieve this.

i cant wait for sunny to return and try pulling a schrodingers douchebag, on us, ok?
Im hoping by making this topic that Sunwukung420 realizes that all of us here now realize he has these feelings and want to help him no longer feel this way towards children.
My hope is that he is embarrassed and ashamed of what he posted by his absence, but my inner chi feels like this is a statement that he has made previously to people in real life before as some pseudo woke garbage that he disturbingly felt was legit. Almost like hes trying to test to see who agrees with him.
When he does inevitably return, I hope by having a sit down discussion about these matters as a community can help bring harmony and balance to his soul.

My grandmother is a Reiki master (and has given me the first two trainings, so Im one away from a master myself) and as far as Im aware Reiki does not derive from any sort of Zen practices or teachings. I dont necessarily believe in Reiki, btw. My grandma is just super into it.
Reiki is all about healing the body through the transferring of universal energy, or chi, through the healers hand into the patient to promote both emotional and physical healing. Personally I think its very zen.

Energy healing, is that like when you go to a save station?
Reiki and NET (neuro-emotional technique). With these we can heal his energy as well as dive into his subconscious and childhood to figure out why he feels this way towards younger individuals as well as some of his other aggressive characteristics. Then we can begin the healing process. Its all quite fascinating and very zen.

Wtf does he mean by in the wild

seriously wtf
It was a rather alarming thing to read and then when he was called out for it in that topic, he doubled down. I sense that he is very confused and angry and that is why he hasnt openly returned. Having extensive training in both spiritual and energy healing, I hope to help heal some of the deep wounds that plague Sunwukung420 that cause him to act and feel the way he does.

I know you are going through some very tough times. I am here for you as both a friend and a mentor if you ever want a friendly ear. I know that you are currently unable to post for some very extreme comments you made, but with the power and positivity of the universe we can heal these deep wounds.

Okay, so like, the worst part about Hulu ads is that they cluster them together instead of pacing them out. So like you'll get three a minute and thirty second ad blocks in a ten minute segment of a fifty minute show. And it's always more than halfway through so you're already invested. Super annoying. Space the ads out or if they're going to cluster them at least make them quick ads. Seeing a minute and a half ads followed by five minutes of content only to get hit with another ad block is THE WORST!
I highly recommend watching the movie Palm Springs on Hulu. Its an exclusive and its rather funny and insightful.

~Still a lot of work to do in this theory~

Yes, a theory in which you will never actually do any work, and only pontificate superficially on. lmfao
I feel like youre being a little hostile. If Im incorrect in this assumption, please forgive me but this is an open topic for the free discussion of ideas. All theories are a work in progress till they become fact.

I used to be afraid of death but now I think it is a reward. You get to let go of everything.
There is no need to fear death. You will be back and see everyone and everything again. My only fear would be the type of death because some are much worse than others.

sometimes I just get overwhelmed just thinking about how big the universe is. Our galaxy is 126,000 light years wide and we know that there is at least one galaxy that is 6 times bigger. Then there is all the space between the galaxies...
Thats whats so amazing about the universe and existence. I have trouble wrapping my head around the idea of infinity, but the vastness of existence is on that scale.

To address the first topic you introduced, what happens after we die, I think it's nothing. We die and cease to exist or be conscious. That's the end. Our existence and consciousness begins with our birth and ends with our death. I don't believe there is anything beyond this, in a physical sense. Not to say that life is meaningless, but the only meaning we get is what we attribute to it. I don't think we continue to exist and cycle through the ages. Our thoughts and ideas and influence might, but not us.
Yes. We live then die. Nothing more, but this is a cycle that repeats itself. We live the same life over and over again. Its part of the cycle of the universe and existence as a whole.

Alpha, Omega and choices.
The beginning, the end, and everything in between. We know that the beginning and end are a constant, but what about the middle?

ReturnOfFa posted...
I think that when you die, you die. You personally took time to think about life and death, and you came to the conclusion that people have been hypothesizing over without evidence for 1000s of years? I wouldn't call that philosophy, I'd call it plagiarism.
Yes, death is the end, but it is also the beginning. Its the circle of life and not the straight line for a reason.

Only watched part of the video, but does a good job at trying to put things like time and matter into perspective. Gives more reenforcement to the idea of an almost infinite amount of universes and possibilities because time and matter can be irrelevant.

wolfy42 posted...
If you repeat anything enough times, you start to create a loop. Initially just the actual location of planets/matter in the universe would be the same each time, but over enough times, you would start to have the actions of every entity in the universe repeat. We may or may not be at that point already, but it is quite possible that we are reliving the same lives over and over again at this point, as well as living as every other sentient being between resets.

This would explain the feeling that you have done things before, or for-knowledge of the future occasionally etc. It also explains why sometimes if you have a close connection with someone you can feel their pain, or know when something bad happens to them etc.
Exactly. On an infinite scale theres going to be a lot of repeatability. Maybe after experiencing something so many times somehow you are able to actually able to remember. The cyclical theory of existence explains a lot of that unexplained intuition we all experience.

That might make sense if the number of deaths was mirrored exactly by the number of new births. But in decades when birth rates consistently outstrip death rates year after year, where are all these extra souls coming from to fill the bodies of newborn infants? Or if births can't keep pace with deaths, just how long is this queue of souls waiting to be born again?
In my theory you are not immediately reborn. You have to wait for the universal reset. When youre dead, time is irrelevant. Eventually the universe restarts and everything happens all over again. You have no recollection of that time youre out sort of like when you are asleep.

Was wanting to create a topic series where philosophical minds can come together and discuss things like the meaning of life, how the universe works and anything else anyone wishes to discuss like our own spiritual energy/aura.

Ill get the conversation started with my current belief of what happens when we die. After much meditation and reflection, I am rather confident in my beliefs that our existence or life experience is cyclical. When you die, you just reawaken reborn as a child and have forgotten everything that has happened in your previous life. My current mediation and focus has been to determine if its the exact same every single time, or if it does have variations. The only problem with variations is that even extremely small changes in choices can have rather large effects so its much easier for it to be the same every time without getting into the discussion of alternate dimensions and what not.

Still a lot to work out with the theory, but if anyone would like to discuss that or anything else, please feel free to do so. No thought or idea is too out there.

My life partner and I are currently doing an open relationship and its been quite an amazing and enlightening experience. Just the freedom and love we are now able to have and share with each other and others and being able to experience and witness each other in such bliss has truly made this a rewarding experience.
