No it isnt. One of the biggest reasons leagues get publicity and million dollar tv deals is because of the players star power. If you work in a factory and dont do as youre told youre replaceable. The NFL wouldnt have billion dollar deals if it werent for guys like Tom Brady and Drew Brees. The trade off when it comes to sports isnt the same as any other job. What hes getting at here is how a player can be cut at any moment and more than half their salary is just gone. The players actually brining in the money for the owners get a raw deal in that sense. Thats not how it works in the NBA. I disagree with the way he chose to express that, though.

let me just say, if you're JUST starting right now, don't bother joining a gym. work at home for a bit first. run outside, buy a cheap weight set...work at home, get into the habit, get used to it. join the gym when you get to that point.

people trying to cash fraudulent checks seems like it'd be a common thing. the demographics of who is doing it seems unimportant....in this case, WHY they thought this was also Fraud is the important detail. what about that check made them second guess it? It was legitimate...you'd think a bank would know. If all the other cases led to arrests how do they not know what to look for in THIS case?
