Everyone should play it. But way too many people GOAT it and it's underserving, IMO. Xenogears definitely does not deserve it's praises. The 2nd disc is more than enough to not to get its praises. I've seen people give it a huge pass. We live in a world where half ass made games should always get shit on but for some reason everyone gives this game a pass. Seriously, I ask myself this every time I get in line for an ATM. It has never taken me more than 2-3 minutes but some people are up there for like 10 minutes+. I work as a Database Administrator, in SQL and general IT and I love what I do. Job 2 was supposed to be a Data Migration job but it was a lot of bullshit that went with it. I thought I was just going to be moving customer data around using SQL but it was not. I was made to be something of a translator in formatting data using Excel and their stupid xlook up shit and that was not what I signed up for. Gonna miss that extra paycheck but I want my sanity back and I want more time to spend taking care of my house and play video games and hopefully find a girlfriend.
