These departments have lawyers and they do their jobs. They don't get to pick and choose which cases or officers to represent, they all get equal representation. No the departments can't disavow individual officers, especially before trial, without getting their asses sued.

None of that is a matter of "them above us," because none of it is exclusive to police departments.

There's no way to say this without being insensitive but if it's not a matter of national security then his past exploits need to be put on ice. This isn't just some celebrity's reputation, this is the president. He's got the most important job in the nation to focus on, he shouldn't be distracted with battling skeletons in the closet.

Once he's out of office by all means get him. If he has misconducts while in office (a la Clinton) by all means get him.

Which frankly sounds like a lot of work, from prepping their networks to changing their consumer plans and so on and so forth. That's a lot to do for less than 2 years of opportunity, so they might not even bother.

Capcom is going a little overboard with these collections. Megaman X, Devil May Cry, now Street Fighter. What's next? (Don't answer that)

Yeah coinbase is super fucked up because of all the traffic. I still can't verify my ID which means I can't sell. I wasn't planning on selling anytime soon, because like the above poster said, I'm just watching out of sheer curiosity. buy.bitcoin.com was back up this morning, but when I went to buy with a new credit card it failed again. The payment went through on my end as I got confirmation they put a hold on the amount I tried to buy, but they didn't authorize it on their end for some reason and they have a strict "we won't tell you why" policy. So now I'm locked out of those funds for a couple days and still don't have any bitcoin.

I'm super pissed about all this. Coinbase with direct debit might be my only option, but I'm hesitant about giving them my ID and more than that I'm not happy with the long trade delay (4-5 days) that direct debit has. Yeah they lock in the price at time of purchase, but then I can't trade it for other currencies or markets for several days at which point the opportunity is lost. Prime example: IOTA was $2.50 on Monday, then shot up to $5.50 on Tuesday. After that spike it dropped back down to the $3 range, but each day it'd climb into the $4 range in the day before dropping again each night. From what I observed it was a great opportunity to buy low and sell high, but I couldn't get in on any of it because I can't get a payment to authorize. If my first attempt was going through coinbase with direct debit I'd only just now be getting my bitcoin, but now IOTA has stabilized and climbing steadily again. Opportunity lost.

I just want it to work, that really shouldn't be too much to ask for.

People act like 5 was an all-new cast but it had a lot of returning characters. New characters only made up a third of the roster which seems like a lot until you realize most of them are legacy characters with direct ties to the veterans they replaced. The reason people don't like them is because the story mode sucked so bad and they didn't include endings in arcade mode, so the newcomers don't get any proper introduction or character development that the veterans got over 4+ games. They never stood a chance.

The story and lack of arcade endings were the only things bad about 5 imo (well, the guest sucked too but that's minor). They admitted story mode was supposed to be 4 times larger than what we got but it got trimmed hard in development. If they remastered 5 with the story the way it was intended, and some arcade endings to give the newcomers some depth, I bet the game would be respected a lot more.
