I think you just need that 40% at E1, it's a 100% base chance and 40% is still the highest enemy ER% in the game.

Kafka's desired stats haven't changed, just the set. The doc I follow hasn't updated yet but besides the set itself this is all still accurate.

The only thing of note is that before you typically went attack boots of you had her Lightcone, and speed of you didn't. Now, you want speed anyways even with the Lightcone because she can easily reach the 160 speed requirement the new attack Planar Set is asking for without any outside speed buffs.

Yeah this is definitely the case of a new, less confident dev actually listening to the casual players and some clickbaity games journalists (you know it's true, come on) asking for an easy mode or to tone the game down. I haven't heard anybody who actually regularly plays Souls games have any issue with the difficulty, especially compared TO ACTUAL difficult Souls games like Nioh.

The thing is though, doing this right before Black Friday, it's probably going to actually boost sales for people who were scared to buy it!

So far, while I wouldn't second all of them, most of the other shows mentioned besides mine are also solid or great.

Probably one of the most tragic wastes of resources and a talented studio I can think of.

Supposedly they were working on a Superman game and were forced to pivot to this, and reused a lot of the assets for Metropolis. What a fucking timeline that would have been.

Even a 5th Batman game would have been preferable.

When this is the hospital attack in question, I don't think it's any surprise why a video with a jump cut before walking into a room with weapons that's then removed after being called out on is going to be considered suspicious Nanis.

Got my Lighting/Attack Planars for the new set for Kafka. I just need a Fire Orb now for Guinaifen since I'll be running her with Asta a lot, and that's probably it? I do already have a Wind one for Sampo just in case, and 2 physical ones for Luka.

Still only the 1 attack rope though lol.

I feel like this set's release is going to result in some feedback that causes them to setup something to that effect for the future. They've been really good about that so far.

She also went out of her way to put Nier down every chance she girl and almost never gave any actual reason.

I don't think Giant Bomb has ever been the same since that PUBG win. Website just didn't mean the same thing to me anymore. Doesn't help that the game completely faded into irrelevance basically immediately after that.

Usually the screaming and arguing of their GotY was the best part but it just wasn't the same that year. Abby didn't help. I liked Abby a lot in general but she was really, really bad in GotY, and you could argue her presence lead to the format change that made GotY a total boring snozefest for the years that follow (I don't even listen to it anymore)

Mappa has been continuously doing the most high demand shows on the market nonstop for years now, and supposedly on mediocre salaries and absurd schedules.

They're working 100 hour work weeks and basically living in the office. These episodes are being worked on practically until they're aired.

No other studio is going what Mappa is doing and that's a good thing. I've been stanning for them longer than just about anyone, having ridden that Mappa pole since their claim to fame was Rage of Bahamut, but it's a total shitshow.

Let's put it this way. Pluto took 4 years to make 12 episodes and that studio barely puts out anything. Compare to how JJK is looking when they're expected to turn episodes around in a couple of months at best. Now consider this year Mappa also did Attack on Titan, Vinland Saga, and Hell's Paradise, coming immediately off of Chainsaw Man, and with other smaller projects mixed within.

A studio can't handle this many AAA productions simultaneously. It's going to fall.

More Mappa staff publicly decrying the horrible production. Major animators implying they're quitting, too. This kind of thing is practically unheard of in Japan (publicly facing, I'm sure it happens plenty behind closed doors) and it's happening every week and coming from dozens of staff members.

Very interested to see how the remainder of this season turns out, and what happens to Mappa moving forward.

Ironic that Ruan Mei is so Break Effect oriented when Ice is close to the last element you'd associate with BE synergy.

That may be part of the reason, don't want the Harmony themselves dishing out too much damage.

I'll be stacking Break Effect hard on Hanya though!

Naw her followup isn't common enough for that. And the Quantum set is just too powerful, it would take a LOT for a Quantum DPS to not want 4 piece Quantum.

Dr Ratio....MIGHT want 2 Piece Imaginary and 2 Piece Followup? Will need to wait for the math on that.

Xueyi also wants tons of Break Effect.

Break Effect is finally in STYLE baybeeeeee.

Yeah it's good. I think it's a little elevated by how good the level is though. Rooftop Run might be the best 3D Sonic Level.

Sonic Generations is great and all but yeah, I think the main, full daytime levels in Unleashed just crush them.

It's a shame about....all the other day levels and all the night levels.

But Rooftop Run manages to hold up on every iteration of every game it's in, both as a level and as a track.

Post Ennis Lobby is when the One Piece anime starts to degrade quite a bit. I would recommend sticking with the manga until Wano.

Personally I still can't deal with it even in Wano because the pacing is still awful, sometimes less than 1 chapter an episode for the worst of it, but at least the quality jumps quite a bit on average.
