Hmmmmm I thought this would be easy to put together from memory, but maybe not. Like, I would question if 3 Houses would count, if it does then that opens a lot of doors (one of those being me finally biting the bullet on whether Engage being a much better video game mechanically than Three Houses trumps the world and character of 3H being so much better).

The idea that nobody actually "shops" at Staples and just goes in an out probably does hold water.

I understand why Staples itself exists as a commercial supplier. I do not understand how these box locations still exists.

Over the last 3 years I have been to various Staples around 2 dozen times for return dropoff purposes. Usually during optimal business hours, usually to a location next to a busy Publix.

Over those years, I have seen exactly 1
human being who wasn't an employee. This is not an exaggeration for effect, I always keep an eye out every time because of how eerie it is. It's like I'm in a corner of a dead mall.

Can the nationwide printer ink price conspiracy really be THAT powerful? That many lost pet flyers? Enough to keep all these haunted buildings running? If it's really all just the commercial side, why even keep them open as a retail space? I'm glad these people have a job, it's just baffling.

New anticheat Vanguard is spyware that can take over and even control features and settings on your computer. Some people getting message telling them to delete System32. Highly recommended to uninstall at this time even if it's not in active use.

Riot has also banned all Vanguard discussion on their subreddit, and all posts discussing the issue at being deleted.

BotW actually takes away points from the open world congelation.

Every other open world game combined still would have worse gameplay than MGSV on it's own.

In terms of raw execution, options, and mechanics, MGSV is probably the best playing video game ever made.

The problem is everything else about it.

Been reading a few more manwha, and I'm noticing more and more how consistently the translation of manwha seems extremely stiff. Not sure why that is.....

I mean it was the 5th anime in a series from the outside looking in, even ignoring all the specials and movies, so I didn't have any reason to give it a second glance at the time lol.

I imagine it's mostly self contained, though.

Excluding sequels, I still feel like GBC is probably what should be my favorite show this season. I keep waffling between it and Jellyfish but I think it could just be because of the A Place Further vibes worming into my brain, and maybe once I actually rewatch APFttU next week if it will effect how I feel.

I also need to actually watch all of the Girls Band Cry music videos they've been putting out over the last year, because apparently these actually matter, lol. Additionally, a very large amount of GBC fans seem to keep comparing it to Bang Dream MyGO, so maybe I'll look into that.

I think it's too early to judge Delta.

I mean, I expect what you say is going to be true and I imagine it's going to be mediocre, but in fairness we haven't actually seen the proper game in action, just a graphic showcase.

I had just given up on HxH chapters.

I'd recommend installing Tachiyomi, but I don't know how easy that is anymore if you don't already have it, if it can be done at all.

There are a few anime this season I would probably say to check out the anime for instead. Radio Girls is fine, but the manga is leagues above it (can't speak for the LNs yet). Whisper Me a Love Song might feel more animated in the manga than it does in the show at this point. I can't speak for this one personally, but I have been reliably informed that The Fable is actually a very good manga even though the show is ass.

It isn't. A print manga wouldn't have the color for one.

I checked every source in my app, and "See" is the only Manga site that seems to have the non-trash scans that I can find.

I've dropped 3 more anime this week, it's no big deal I'm still watching 13 ongoing shows. And if it ends up getting way better later you can just go back to it.

I didn't even get that far. I walked around for five minutes and went "I can't play a game where the character controls like this" and uninstalled.

And that was AFTER the patch to make it better that the director hated so much.

I'm actually surprised at the number of people who have played the whole rest of the series saying they've never touched V, especially with how often it's dirt cheap/free.

Is it spite? That's not me denying the validity, I think spite is a fantastic motivator and excuse to both play and and ignore a game.

I am a Holofile.

I do not enjoy repeating randomized content in games I have to directly engage with. I want my games to have structured goals with crafter progression and a linear narrative. A game like Hades has a strong narrative, but nothing about actually playing the game is enjoyable to me because I just see it as empty content, I can just watch the sorry on YouTube and will have a better time.

I liked Slay the Spire, but once I beat it with all 3 characters I was done. I beat it, so why keep playing? Same thing happened with Dead Cells, beat the boss on my 3rd ever run and I was done with the game.

I guess it's just how my brain is wired, I know plenty of people disagree with me. I loved Bastion, but if I was given a Bastion level randomizer and was just asked to play I would habe zere interest in it whatsoever.

I agree but for an extremely different reason, in that I'm extremely against the genre. I'm not disappointed in Hades for it's quality as an action roguelike, I'm disappointed that Supergiant made an action roguelike, and attached such an incredible skin to it.

The game was never disappointing because I knew what the deal was going to be going in, and that didn't change after 20 hours, so no expectations were there to not be met.

I will say the announcement of Hades 2, both being that is was a follow-up to Hades and the one of my favorite studio was making a sequel period, much less to the last game they put out, is probably t #1 most disappointing game announcement of all time.

The thing to remember is that Herta is still going to be mediocre to bad everywhere else but PF, so there's no reason to build her as an "all rounder" Herta.

She and Himeko 2 cycled the first half of the new PF.

Biggest, naw, I mean I donstiol like the presentation and story, but it's never going to have the same "Magic" of the other MGS games, despite being so much stronger in the gameolay department.

At least that's better than PW, which has neither the Magic nor the gameplay. Easy last place.
