Reason why I have so many keys is because I gathered them over time to give away during my streams, but streaming went nowhere & I am focusing on completing my dual degree program(final academic year) and focusing on getting into grad school so I just stream whenever. I could do key swaps for games I actually want, but that is too much work.

How about forcing schools to accept payment as a percentage of their graduates' future earnings (like the current income-based repayment plans), but with the schools bearing the risk or reward instead of the government?

That way, good schools will be able to accept a low percentage of future earnings, knowing that their grads will succeed and they'll make a lot of money. Bad schools will have to ask for a higher percentage, and if that makes students hesitant to attend, they'll be forced to lower their tuition. Ultimately, the only way the costs can go down is if tuition goes down, so that is the real goal.

No. This will pigeonhole academia into a zero sum game full of intellectual stagnation.

Spoke to my Macro-Econ Professor about tax cuts in general. Basically, they are good for the short term, bad for the long term unless the tax rate was really high to begin with. Time will tell if the tax cuts were just meeting a new normal or if it is the typical "we gotta pay for those tax breaks at some point" kind of thing.

Except you keep looking at the Macro and not the Micro. What saved Trump were manufacturing towns, and farmers. His bad trade policy might be enough to at minimum depress their vote.
