Man, such great advertising tonight for AEW.

So, if NXT PPVs go head to head with AEW PPVs, whats the excuse gonna be?

Cause so far Vince has said they arent competition, and the NXT tv thing had been in the works for a while, but it seems that kinda loses all that if they, you know, run the PPVs head to head.

Vince and Hunter were not at the building and didnt change any writing on todays show.

So it was either Heyman, Prichard or another writer.

Unless you think Vince cares so much about a beta cuck storyline he called them to demand it be put in while not doing anything else for the show

for the record, Cyan is a very good guess at 0.2%, which was second-closest when I mentioned it... and then immediately bumped down by Rufus's numbers converging to 0.12% apart

So are the answers Cecil and Squall then, as it seems to be. Cause those would have been my guesses.

(Next would have been Kefka and Cloud, who didnt seem to have much success at first, but has now been to 2 Championship matches, with a win, and numerous top 20s since then.

It took FIVE finishers to beat him while injuring himself.

It was a trade with Genny. She'd have Auron and not Rufus. I was hoping to get another save.

Ah yeah, that makes sense. It was a tough break, but nice improvement over last year, I remember that 75th place since that's around when I started actively participating (and made a hilarious and very public mistake, ah...)

And for next year, Rufus will be in the remake so I still believe in the remake boost for him too!!

Everyone except Cloud (already strong and with a Title) and Zack (same) that are in the game are going to get the same boost though...

Poor Cissnei.

That womens Tag was the worst match main roster this year... and potentially the worst televised match period any company this year.

That was deplorable.

It wasnt even funny bad, just terrible.

The only main roster women who matter are fighting for World Titles tonight, and that tag match showed why

Placement aside... its the only one that didnt continue after the climax that had been built toward.

All the others went on too long after it had already achieved what it needed.

The only exception to that being Kanto... where for some inexplicable reason Gary lost before even getting to the top rounds. So thats even worse.

It was one episode long (battle started midway of the previous episode and ended somehow at the middle of this episode) and 3 on 3
Where are the times it used to be 6 on 6, three episodes long?
It wasn't Kanto or Unova leagues bad, but it was pretty weak
Also how can you say the animation looks great when you have that Lycanroc "biting" on Stone Edge...what the hell was that

Ash victory was also super anticlimatic and the way he reacted to it was dumb as hell. "I won?" yeah shit you did

This battle ended with a minute and a half to go in this episode.

Ash vs Gary was the most build up EVER, and that was also about an episode and a half, and ended and had the next battle LITERALLY start alread in progress at the end of that episode.

So please screw off with this complaining just to complain.

The only league they ever actually did right was Unova, and even that ended like crap.

This was fine, awesome, and lets be real, cathartic.

Was it perfect, no.

Greninja 100% should have been Champion.

But it was great. And overhated for the sake of it
