None of the above because a remake doesn't make the original stop existing.

Yea! That's right. Haha. I guess my childhood didn't get ruined after all!

Totally disregarding the fact that the new movies tarnished the brand of the series. For people who never saw the originals, the bliss of having not seen the originals for the first time is ruined. The nostalgia is created by things that are good, brainwash everyone with shitty remakes and that's what they reference the originals when they see it.

That's other people. That doesn't effect me or my memories. Other people will have fond childhood memories even if they don't live the exact same childhood as me.

I start with the hottest girls, and work from there. When I find one who has a playstyle I like, I usually focus on them. I'm not good at good fighting games, but I like to have at least 3-5 characters who I can use because I get bored using only 1 character, even though focusing on a single character is better if you are trying to legitimately be a great tournament player.

In Smash Bros, which is all I really play in terms of fighting games, I just test out every character each game, and stick with about 10-20 I like.

Mental illness - I'm sure I have some kind; everyone does these days. It doesn't bother me though.
Physical illness - Nope, I'm fit.
Drug addiction - I drink a lot, but it's not a negative thing.
My job sucks - My job is fine.
No money - I have more than I can spend.
Lack of meaning/purpose/motivation - This is actually a positive for me. I live my life with the believe that nothing matters because one day I'll be dead, which helps me get through everything negative that ever comes up. It doesn't taint the positives at all.
Bad/No Relationships - These are fine. I've had good relationships which I enjoy when they happen, but I also don't mind being alone either because it's far more easier and drama-free.
My life is great - That's the one.

The thing about weekends is that that's the ONE time during the week when I have 48 hours of uninterrupted free time that I COULD schedule activities for, but because of this contest, I can't do that too much. I always have to be on alert. Can't go to movies because a round might start. Can't drive anywhere because a round might start while I'm on the highway

This is a joke though, right?

if you aren't able to vote during that time, you probably stopped participating in the contest a long time ago. The chief participants now are those who can thrive voting in that time frame.

That's kind of how I am. I doubt I'll lose interest, but I definitely care less because it seems favored toward certain users. I can sometimes vote depending on my plans, but then again, I mostly save Belle, Simba, and Ariel, and those are all main characters, so if I miss the round, it doesn't really matter because they've all got a good shot at winning the whole thing, so my participation is pretty redundant and unnecessary.

Doing more varied round times gives a truer result as to B8's collective taste for a contest such as this, because it incorporates more users and the intensity of those users. By having a consistent start time, it will always exclude or strengthen certain members, which makes it less a B8 taste, and more a "These particular user's" taste.

Having varied round times will be more enjoyable for the normally-excluded people, and of course less enjoyable for the people who are used to being catered to. People will lose niche favorites in a night round, but those characters would never win a contest of this magnitude to begin with, and you might be doing those people a favor by letting them see realistic results so they don't obsess over a niche favorite. Not to mention, it's just nice to see all of B8 included in a contest.
