While you may not suffer the long-term effect of catching the virus, you may unwillingly spread it to someone who won't be so lucky. Not just the elderly, but anyone with immune-compromised systems or underlying heart or lung issues basically has a 100% mortality rate. I don't understand how people can be so selfish and care free about endangering other's lives. It's a small piece of cloth to wear on your face, and it can make the difference between a few people getting sick and a few hundred sick with a dozen dead. --- Why you care about small things? I've seen people get kicked out of smaller shops for not wearing any face protection, but it isn't a law. Side fact: If you've got a damn mask, just wear it! Why risk your health and others going to get liquor, to get kicked out, then go back to your car and put your mask on to then return to the store to buy some Sprite and Malibu rum.
