Ben would have to be a role that Corrik cannot redirect is the problem there. He would have to be persistent or something like it.
I will grant you that Ben could also be a scumredirector. Though I feel Corrik would realize if his targets had been altered. I am not sure on that

And Its not that there are 2 godfathers. Its that scum could have a role that backed up the godfather power.

So they could make a teammate look innocent? Or redirected to someone who was innocent? But wouldnt they get the result of the person redirected to? Im not sure how that would work

There are more reasons to want to live than being scum.
If I didnt think scum could just noKill to avoid proving your power, I would be completely fine with letting you live another night. Even if everything points to the last scum being you, I know that does not make it 100 % certain.
But you should be able to see things from my perspective, from my town perspective. If you are town.
