and frankly, me, cuz when i come back, that work will now be piled up higher and now i'll have to deal with the new school year too.

The answer is simple. Do you want to be around your newborn baby and help your wife raising you guys child or do you want to dedicate your time to a company who clearly doesn't care about the fact that you're having a child on the way and is setting up a bullshit ass meeting with the entire team to discuss your absence and how much time you're taking away from the company.

I use Anki and Netflix for my Japanese studies. I try to do 1 hour of Anki and 1 hour of Netflix a day.

I watch Japanese shows on Netflix with Japanese subs. No English. I try to read a summary of the show I'm watching so I can have context on what's going on.

This is why there's an issue. Women struggle =/= TRANS women struggle. It's a different struggle don't equate them. It's ok to make them different.
