I worked at a movie theater for a about two years, and it got real old real fast. Within six months you're going to get sick of coming home smelling like popcorn. You're going to get disgusted by the sight of butter. Free movies sometimes become a burden if your friends try and take advantage of it. Nothing like seeing the same movie multiple times just so your buddies don't have to pay. Overall it's a pretty terrible job with very little reward.

I came to say this guy. Ray William Johnson. Whenever I open my YouTube app on my phone I see that he has featured videos, so I finally watched one this past week. I didn't understand why it had millions of views and wound up looking him up on wikipedia to discover he's the most subscribed person on YouTube. I just don't understand.

I really was hoping that 3 would take place in modern times. It just feels like there is too much to do in such a small amount of time to have Desmond be in the Animus for a large chunk of the game.

A lot of peoples problem with Resident Evil 4 HD was it didn't have a graphical overhaul like the Halo Tenth Anniversary edition. It just was an HD upgrade with nothing done to the textures. It looks superior to the other versions, but it's not what people expected. I honestly think most people think HD conversion means redoing most of the graphics.

On topic. Just watched the trailer, and wow. It looks very impressive. Should be a quality action game and probably will be more scary than 5. Unless it get's delayed I will for sure be playing it November 20th.

Also, I guess I got this from some trailers or whatever but I thought Half Blood Prince was going to focus a lot more on flashbacks and Tom Riddle then it ended up doing.

And this is a large part of my gripe against the movie. They cut out a significant amount of the Tom Riddle back story, which was basically the driving force of the novel, and added an action scene that doesn't even make sense in the story.

I'm in the minority here, but DH1>DH2. I'm not going to spoil anything so I won't go into details. Maybe once you've finished the series.

RotJ now canonically also has Gungans and Hayden Christensen to further knock it down a peg.

Oh god what did Lucas do now

Back in 2004 when the original trilogy was released on DVD two of the changes that where featured Gungans being added to the universal celebration that was added in the Special Editions and Hayden Christensen replaced Sebastian Shaw when Luke sees the spirits of Obi-Wan, Yoda and Anakin. That, in my opinion, one of the few changes Lucas made that I have a gripe with. Most of them I more or less shrug my shoulders at, but that change is a terrible choice.

The main problem I see happening is people are going to go into the film with unreasonable expectations and will ultimately feel let down and call it a bad film. I have hopes for the film, but recognize that matching the excellence of the first two might not happen. The preview makes it look excellent and fills me with nerdy glee, but I'm trying to keep my expectations at a realistic level.

The third Austin Powers movie is absolute garbage. I honestly feel that series is a major 1>2>>>>>>>>>>>3.

The original Star Wars trilogy fit it closely. Sometimes I feel A New Hope is better than Return of the Jedi and sometimes the other way. Both are quality flicks.

I was going to say Lord of the Rings, but that's really hard to say. The problem with that one is it is truly one story. A problem arises in the first movie and there isn't a resolution until the end of the third one. It was written as a single novel and, more or less, filmed as a single long ass movie.

About twelve years ago when I was working at a movie theater I sold tickets to a pro wrestler named X-Pac (i think that was it) and his family. After they had left the box office stand three of my coworkers came up to me excited that I sold tickets to a celebrity. Around the time it came out a friend of mine played me the album "Fallen." He really enjoyed the album and thought it might have been right up my ally. Overall I didn't care for it. Just wasn't my thing. Then "My Immortal" started playing. I have this strange obsession with the piano and found this song absolutely amazing. Couldn't care less about the rest of the album, but that song was fantastic.

Imagine my surprise and happiness when one day I hear it start playing on the radio. I couldn't believe they would ever play it on the radio. It just was so different. Then it happened. The piano solo was raped by some idiots decision to replace it with a heavily distorted guitar solo. I literally yelled "What the **** is this ****?" quite startling my girlfriend. It totally destroyed the song. To this day I will change the station if it ever comes on. I loath the music industry.

That has been what I've been asking for a long time. Creatively speaking he had nothing to do with show for a long time.

My main issue with the last season was, to me, it felt like the whole "alternative universe," as the kids where calling it, seemed like a cheap excuse to get most everyone back for one final group shot. It had it's moments. I honestly enjoyed most of the on island stuff. I was also never one that expected a crap ton of answers and was mainly watching because I enjoyed the characters. Desmond is still one of my favorite TV show characters of all time.

Wow, did it just get awkward in here for anyone else?

Alternatively I've been on the other side of things. My first apartment was on the third floor and I quickly discovered it can get pretty hot up there and the AC sucked and didn't quite make it to the bedroom. At like ten o'clock the first night I decided to open the window to see if that would cool me off. It did and I fell asleep. At three in the morning I was awoken by the people below me being rather passionate. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so they must have been really going at it. This proceeded to happen at three in the morning five nights in a row. On the sixth day I went out and bought a fan.

Well guest appearances is one way to keep people interested. The last season I watched in it's entirely was season 12. The next couple of years I would catch a few episodes. Then it was only the Treehouse of Horror episodes. Then I watched the first new episode after the movie came out. So I haven't watched an episode in just shy of four years. That said I'm tuning in this season for at least one episode. The reason: Neil Gaiman is guest appearing.

I actually liked seeing these event's through Jon's eyes. When we started going through that dialog my initial thought was "Am I really reading this again?" But I found myself really enjoying how the conversation turned out.

Then the end. My god. When Jon said "I will not hang him." I shouted at my book "No!" Then he asked for a block and unsheathed Longclaw and I was practically cheering. Totally awesome moment. Even if the R+L=J theory is correct this moment shows he is truly Ned's son. Jon Snow has always been one of my favorite characters and I'm thinking if his reign as Lord Commander keeps going the way it currently is he just might take the cake.
