A cat and a mouse locked in an eternal battle of cartoon tomfoolery. Tom and Jerry start the battle waging war on each other like in their cartoons, but can be persuaded to team up against a common enemy if provoked enough.

Tom uses weapons and explosives in his schemes with occasional success. He's tough enough to take his plans and traps backfiring on him but isn't full toonforce invincible and has died before.

Jerry often outwits whoever is unlucky enough to be chasing him and can pull surprising feats of strength (you know, for a mouse) when someone he cares about is threatened.

Both are intelligent enough to play musical instruments and sports, fight bare-handed or with weapons, and build complicated machines like cars (which they can also drive)

Weaknesses: Tom's plans are usually foiled by either himself or dumb luck. Jerry is a mouse.
They'll generally be focusing on each other as much as their opponent.

Eh, they're cartoon characters. It's not as huge as like Popeye but they've both got toonforce for days and can build things that are impossible. Toon Link would be funny (I feel like he's undertiered but more on that later) but normal people would be collateral damage.

Honestly, just got annoyed because I mistiered them and they'd be my third mid tier. Kind of dumb, but eh. Might go ahead with dropping Samus for them because I like the idea too, hope that's not a bother.
